We were on a car trip and stopped at this Jack in the Box. We ordered a fairly big order, and they took awhile, which was to be expected. However, when we got our food, we were missing items and we got the wrong items. To top it all off, there was mold on at least two of our buns for our burgers and chicken sandwiches.

The personnel were nice. We ordered 7 items, 4 were correct. Or, perhaps all of the burritos look the same.....beans and cheese. Plenty of sauce. They were good.

Came in on 1/25 about 2:15pm. Didn't take my receipt so I'm leaving my feedback here and hope someone reads this. The guy working was super polite, looked like he was training someone. I didn't catch his name. I think he wore glasses. Anyway, hands down the best Jack in the Box I've had in probably 10 years. It's always so hit or miss from location to location. This guy worked the register but pretty sure he made my food too. Dude deserves a raise ASAP

Food tastes okay. They make there food very very sloppy. The chicken wraps are 3$ and the wrap is 3x bigger than the amount of meat you get you get 3 strings of lettuce, 1 pickle and a little chicken strip the size of your index finger. Customer service was goodParking: It's full from gas station

Was in Litchfield today and decided to stop at the Jack-in-the-Box for a chicken combo . I opened my bag I had half a container of fries. Since I was already driving, I said forget about it, I don't need a ton of fries anyway. After getting about 8 miles down the highway I opened my chicken sandwich and found a chicken sandwich that was about 3" x 3 1/2"! I immediately turned around and decided to go back to the Jack-in-the-Box. I told them that they gave me half a container of fries and I overlooked that but when I saw this tiny piece of chicken batter, I decided to drive back up here. She did say sorry about that but she also said that happens all the time Crappy customer service in my opinion because I drove 8 miles back up the highway and all they did was replace the chicken sandwich that they should've gotten right the first time. No extra fries or anything.
