Sandwich was good, but bottom of bread was a bit hard. Music so loud that guy missed our drink orders and we had to order separately. Same problem with the 2nd couple with us...didn't hear the drink order and then totalled order before whole order placed. They need to have better training. Or less weed.

Not customisation off the sandwich. I had to ask for a bag for a to go sandwich. They had it half wrapped in paper with 10 napkins in his hand with zero direction of them.

Food is always amazing but delivery is horrible and they always mess up orders! I ordered food around 11 and didn’t get it until 12:15 and my drink came with no ice so that means it melted. They mess my sandwich up everytime! I’m a big lover of Jimmy John’s but something needs to change!

I had an awful experience today! I went in to order my sandwich. The girl at the counter was friendly, but when she went to get change from another worker, the girl bringing quarters back did it with such an attitude, not even giving the girl at the cash register the quarters but throwing them in the drawer. Then I waited for 10+ minutes for my sandwich just to find out it had been sitting there virtually the whole time! There was no empathy from any of the staff. I felt unwelcomed and I will never be back!!!!!

My order has been wrong the last 3 times. The order taker doesn’t listen to what you order. Called manager to complain and it was an employee that I fired a month before because he couldn’t follow instructions. Complained to corporate and they were suppose to call me. Instead they gave me a free sandwich. Jimmy John’s lost a customer.
Delivery service is subpar and possibly a health hazard ,due to the length of time it takes.when contacting the store there manager and associates were rude. Called cooperate and nothing was done.

I order food from JJ's quite regularly but this was my first time ordering food from the litchfield location. I ordered a #16 which is my usual with onions, avocado spread and extra mayo and cheese. What I received was a sandwich with about a half a slice of turkey and bacon, no avocado spread or cheese, and very little mayo, and lots and lots of onions and lettuce. So pretty much got a lettuce and onion sandwich. Very disappointed because I was hungry and expecting my usual.

I waited in line for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. I ended up leaving before even getting my order because the car in front of me still hadn’t even gotten their order. I have never encountered a fast food restaurant drive-through as slow as this one. Apparently this Jimmy John’s didn’t get the memo that they’re supposed to be freaky fast, pathetic I really had a hankering for some Jimmy John’s!
