Used to have such good food, but it was quite disappointing today. Bread was stale, lettuce was barely sprinkled, asked for pickles and my sandwich and there were 2 slices. Also asked for extra mayo that wasn't added

I have never been to Jimmy John's, so I just listed 3 stars as neutral. I see a lot of 1 stars. I also see a lot of complaints of long wait time. At Subway, when you get to the end of the line, you pay and eat or pay and go. Either way you have the product in your hands in no more than about 5 minutes. They usually have only 2 people working. I will try JJ's to see for myself.

More than a half hour after placing my order the 32 dollar one sandwich order is still at the store. Fully understand being short staffed, but you have to at least let someone know and most importantly, not let a sandwich sit and get cold for over a half hour. (Toasted sandwich)

Sandwich was good, but bottom of bread was a bit hard. Music so loud that guy missed our drink orders and we had to order separately. Same problem with the 2nd couple with us...didn't hear the drink order and then totalled order before whole order placed. They need to have better training. Or less weed.

Food is great service ok. This is the second time I have tried to east at the restaurant the music is so loud you can't even hear yourself think....I felt like I was head banging in a Spencer's.
No I will not submit another form. The owner can read my review here. I don't want any discounts or free food. Food was not good. No talks at all in the restaurant. Not customisation off the sandwich. I had to ask for a bag for a to go sandwich. They had it half wrapped in paper with 10 napkins in his hand with zero direction of them.

Food is always amazing but delivery is horrible and they always mess up orders! I ordered food around 11 and didn’t get it until 12:15 and my drink came with no ice so that means it melted. They mess my sandwich up everytime! I’m a big lover of Jimmy John’s but something needs to change!
