Make sure if you do an online order, you dont select inside pickup, you'll never get your order made. In fact, when I got tired of waiting and went to ask about it, I found out they hadnt even started it almost 20 mins after ordering by then. I had been inside waiting the whole time, they tried to tell me they were busy, however it was empty inside and I watched at least 3 employees standing around the entire time I was waiting. When I asked why the drive thru was being given their food I was actually told that if I had ordered online for druve thru it might have been ready.Freaky fast? Not a chance. Had to cancel my order and walk away empty handed because I couldnt wait aby longer.

Got off work, had 4hrs to get home and was starving! Luckily, I stopped at this Jimmy John’s where the restaurant was super clean, the bathrooms were also clean and had Charmin toilet paper! The people at the counter were super nice and friendly, the person making my sandwich had a good sense of humor, and my sandwich was delicious, thank you!!

Subs so slow you'll freak!Honestly this might be the slowest Jimmy Johns in the United States of America. They just cannot get it together to the point it this restaurant has become something of a source of bemusement to me and my family. You might get the food you actually ordered or not that's a coin flip but there is a 0% chance you will get it so fast you'll freak or even timely at all. It doesn't matter if you get delivery, drive through, or go order from the counter. The best way might be the drive through because other customers get so fed up they will straight up drive away regularly. That fortunately means the lines aren't so bad but you might as well bring a CD to listen to for the drive through.

We came through here on our trip back home for Christmas, went through the drive through. Jimmy John’s are supposed to be “freaky fast”. This couldn’t even be considered fast food. This was the longest I’ve waited in a drive through line possibly ever.

The fact that this restaurant is still open is astonishing. The service is awful. There is no sense of urgency and the girl with colored hair is very rude. You will not find slower service anywhere.

AWFUL service. We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes(third car in line) before going in to see what the hold up was. Wasn’t greeted when I went in and the lady making sandwiches was working in slow motion. NOT freaky fast at all. Yikes.

Drive through to accommodate a small travel trailer. Super convenient to pop off the Highway real quick for a road sammie. Gal at the window was incredibly kind. Fast service. Fast sandwiches. Fresh and delish as usual.
