We thought we would try Jubelt's Bakery & Restaurant since they are on the old Route 66 which I adore. The food was pretty good. We really liked the steak fries. When you place your order and pay at the counter, they'll ask for your table number, so be sure to have that in mind before you order. Make the table is unoccupied! Their bakery case will filled with amazing pastries and desserts, we didn't try any of them.

Counter service which makes it kind of hectic but also means you don't risk slow service as much as most places. We got donuts to go and they're above average, but not great. Skimpy on the frosting, as if they were made by someone who hates frosting.

Great local bakery, donuts, pastry, bread is awesome. They also serve breakfast and lunch. Prices are reasonable, the food is excellent and there is an interesting mix of local regulars and travellers most days.
