I have never had a bad experience at this location, the staff is always friendly and the food is fresh and hot each time, not sure what more could be asked for or expected.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for them to just take our order. None of the employees ever greeted us or acknowledged us standing at the counter. They just kept acting like we weren't there, and we had to ask them to come to the register. The sign says they close at 10 but 8, and they were shutting down fryers and mopping the floors to close. The chicken was cold, and everything was just poorly put together (better food at the truck stop acrossthe street). The drink fountain was already shut down. Won't return to this location again. Pictures are at the time we were in there to show how busy they were while making us wait 10 minutes just to order, and how nasty with the drink machine and dirty bucket.

Served old fries. Couldn’t even bite them they were so hard and even waited 5plus mins for “fresh” chicken even thought the nuggets were so hard my child couldn’t bite through it. Do better.

Passing through to get back to Arkansas, the food was fresh,hot, and good. The customer service was top notch, and it was very clean. I will be stopping here again when I travel to Wisconsin.

Went tonight to buy a bucket of chicken. So I go through drive thru and the lady on the other side of the intercom informs me they have no chicken...I said let me get this straight your a chicken restaurant that's open with no chicken? Why you open? She says I don't know you tell me...wow lmao
