Everytime I come through chicken is old and the wait is forever sometimes came through tonight and ask for fresh chicken and still got the worst of worst pieces mess up my drink and tried to rip me off money when I knew what I ordered then up charged me for my meal when I didn't want to unbelievable service and communication!

Dont go to a restaurant when its slow. That means you're getting old and cold food. I travel alot and by far the worst KFC I've experienced. Very disappointing.

Staff was super friendly. Orders were wrong but corrected mostly. Store was clean and well kept. I ordered a 2 piece Breast and wing meal. I got 2 thighs, kids and wife ordered chicken tenders 2 of their 3 meals were missing tenders. Over all not horrible just not great either.

As most now, it is hard to find a KFC anymore in IL. While on a trip with my grandson, he was craving chicken strips. We popped in here off the highway and he got some. They were perfect!

Looks like I was here 7 years ago, it hasn't gotten any better, 5:15pm and there is no line, food was hot and fast, (chicken was probably microwaved) Extra dry meat despite being fairly oily. But as my review 7 years ago said, you will probably be sick soon after, and oye,, nearly midnight and I can't leave the restroom. If they haven't changed in 7 years, just avoid this place! Chicken might sound better than the fake food at Mcdo, but you never get food poisoning from Mcdo, I don't 🤔 think ppl do?
(2018)This location over does it with the MSG,Or it doesn't clean its soda machines... Either way. This small location with a short buffet will likely leave your stomach in knots

All of our drinks were completely flat, the soda machine was incredibly dirty, their were flies everywhere, and we stood in line for 10 min without anyone taking our orders.
