Meh. Waitress was great. Food was just ok. Porkchops was kinda salty and a little tough in the middle. Buffet items varied from. Good to not so great. Salads all looked fresh. Wings were pretty good, Stuffed peppers were not.
We've always had very good food at Mavericks. Today it seemed a little off. Chicken and hot foods were old and salty. We drive 50 miles to enjoy

The food was overdone the chicken wings were burnt to a crisp and the chicken itself was very crispy you couldn't even eat the skin. The dessert bar was great though and the Hostess and waitress were very polite and helpful to all that came in
