You guys need to work on the service at the pick up windows. The young girl and the boy recently are terrible so unfriendly and so unfamiliar with customer service. Wonder y i never go through drive through.

Shout out to Jade. I truly appreciate your helpfulness and your patience as well as your joyful attitude and willingness to be helpful. The gentleman who locks up the doors for McDonald’s at night I super appreciate you letting me and my daughter use the bathroom before you close. The doors. Greatly appreciated this McDonald’s in Litchfield Illinois. The indoor dining area is very clean as well as the bathrooms are also very clean. The staff here is super friendly. They go above and beyond to help you. I didn’t get any pictures or video walk-through this time but you’ll just have to take my word for it
