Andrea was our waitress for a group of 31, multiple tickets. She let us know about the special, got our food to us quick, kept drinks filled. She did an awesome job. Food was great.

Good overall service and a pleasant experience. The food was subpar. The boneless chicken with the bourbon sauce was good. The quesadillas were overcooked, dry, and kept falling apart. Even my hungry 5 year old grandson didn’t like them and he eats anything. The facility seemed less than clean. The men’s bathroom was not clean and the overhead lights were half out. The woman’s bathroom (according to my wife) was dirty. The floors in the empty areas were also kind of messy as in trash on the floors. Oh, the silverware was dirty. Won’t be going back, but I hope it improves
We just had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday’s. They appeared to be short staffed but despite that we still received our food in a very timely manner and received exceptional service from Andrea! The entire staff really looked like they were working together to get things done!

Not nearly as good as I remember. All of our food was very sad looking and not tasty at all. The portion sizes were also a bit small, which I'm ok with if the food is very tasty. But when it's not, then you're getting the worst of both worlds: bad food and feeling hungry after.
