Food was okay, fries were very good, but burger was a little lacking. We didn't visit durning a rush but server got the charges wrong on receipts and said "mistakes happen." She had seemed very nice before this last encounter where she seemed overwhelmed.

This is the worst place to eat at.. I have gave them numerous chances and they have failed every time . I ordered a steak well done no pink. It comes out bleeding.. I take it back and tell them I don't want it the manager tried telling my husband it was not bleeding instead of trying to make it right.. the service is slow and I will never return

Worst take out experience of my life. Ordered online, spent $125. When we get there to pick up the order, that's when they decided to let us know they didn't have burger to make a burger we ordered. Instead of calling me when I placed the order 35 minutes before. So on the third try of ordering something new, they had it. Made it fresh. Problem was, the rest of my order sat on the counter bagged the entire time this was happening. Sloppiest sandwich I've ever eaten, baked potatoes underdone, scallops were like eating gum that was chewed last year, and everything but the reorder reorder reorder was ice cold. Biggest waste of money, biggest disappointment on my son's birthday, and the clear reason why there's only one RT left in Illinois. Don't even understand how this one's open. Horribly ran and it reflects in the lack of effort in the rest of the staff.Definitely a place to take your in-laws and nothing else.

If I could give a zero I would. We are out of town on vacation. We ordered out for delivering. First of all they scimped on sides. And everything was over cooked, or (hard bread on sandwhich) my husband ordered the burning cheesesteak and the chicken looked like it was ripped off a week old walmart rotisserie chicken. He was afraid to eat it. The corn tasted so old and chewy. My daughter had the fish and chips and you could taste the old grease, I had salmon and it had no flavor and was dry, I have not one good thing to say about the food. I'm so upset we spent the amount of money we did. It was so awful.

I normally like Ruby Tuesday, but I must say that I was disappointed this time. The young lady that served us was great, but the food that I had as well as what my wife had was below par. Ranging from a dry Philly sandwich for me to a greasy burger for my wife - and out of French fries at 5 pm? I won't return to this location.

Got crispy chicken sandwich. Soaked with some tangy sauce. Chicken overdone. Bun inedible. Waitress was inattentive. Salad bar was good. 25 bucks for a sandwich and salad bar. Completely ridiculous.
Arrived there at opening and walked in the door. The smell was so bad that I would have turned around and left if I wasn’t there with 3 other people. Stunk like old dirty grease and moldy carpeting. ? Ordered Ultimate Chicken Sandwich with fries. Waitress came back and said they were out of fries. So got tater tots. The chicken sandwich looked good but after biting into it about 2” center was cold and chicken was raw. So just ate the tots. I never send anything back so that was out of the question. Waitress was good but I don’t think I could stomach the smell to go back again.

Got right in even on a Saturday evening. Waitress was prompt and very friendly despite the full house, and gave us her full attention.The salmon with rice and veggies sides is perfect for an evening meal; filling but not heavy. Easy access from I-55 and plenty of parking.

I have never had such a horrible visit n we go there often. The server kept forgetting drinks three people behind us were served n two parties left before we even got our food and was charged for three drinks and only got two. Dinner was cold ( bowls were hot) ?, and the waitress was pretty attitudish!

Kendhal was an great bartender. She catered to all of my needs in a very timely manner. She was very friendly and well mannered. She will be the reason I visit here a lot more often. Service like hers is the reason I chose to visit your establishment.
