This was an absolutely terrible experience. Came to restaurant and ordered two burgers and two shakes at 7:10. Waited 40 minutes and still no food during this period I could hear very loudly the kitchen and staff arguing and yelling and messing around. I went up to ask about my order because people who arrived after me were already getting their food. After asking about my order they finally sent my order back to kitchen and had apparently forgot 40 minutes ago when I had originally ordered and paid. After this waited another 10 minutes and finally got my burgers 50 minutes after I had ordered. I requested no onions on both and one was covered in onions still. So went back up and they remade my burger. But they had forgotten about my shakes. Asked about the shakes and they finally started on that. My shake was messed up when it finally came back and had whipped cream after I requested no whip cream. Even after all this they still forgot my other shake. Had to go back up again to get that shake. The employees didn’t even know how to make it and were arguing over it. Eventually finally got both shakes and burgers in a total of 55 minutes after I paid and ordered. Despite this the employees did not even give a simple apology for the wait or the multiple order mistakes on my now cold food. They also were turning people away at 7:58 despite being open until 8 and having multiple customers in the dinning room . After this they were literally running to lock the door while people were walking up. They were also laughing about people trying to order at the drive through. And were trying to sweep and clean around my table after I finally eventually was able to eat which was by this time after 8. Employees seem too focused on getting out as early as possible instead of good customer service and getting orders correct. Was not offered a refund or apology for the 55 minute wait or multiple mistakes on order. Will not be returning.

Closed the drive through 30 minutes early. There's always something with this steak and shake. I've shown up during open hours 2 times now and they were closed. Staffing problems?Never got a chance to even try it out lol

Anyone who knows steak n shake knows that these aren't meant to be 5* burgers, they are fast food steak burgers. For the price, they are great. And compared to the other steak n shakes we've been to, this one is the most up to date.

Pretty rude and slow staff. Shorted us a lot of food and didn’t believe us. We gave the bag back and all they added was sauces. No more food. Then kept my receipt. Will never go here again.

I know a person who worked there and she is a good worker she listened and follows instruction she does good work but because she was a little older and didn't like to play around 8nstead of work she didn't fit into their little click so they told her she didn't pass her probation period and they fired her a few employees got together and plotted against her to get her fired preceded by lies about her performance so that the bosses came to watch her work ...mind you she didn't make one mistake while they watched between the lying few employees who apparently bash christians and team up on people who work better probably because they are a threat to their banter and laziness this is how they reward hínesty maturity and hard work mind you this is not about ALL the employees there just two of them ...management lacks apparently ...wow ....my whole perception changed about them ...how asham......
