The place smells like soured milk really bad, the lady at the front desk was very rude and the Resturant cleanness was disgusting. The soda machine was very dirty and the tables are dirty. The trash cans outside were full. I do not recommend eating here at all.

I placed an online order then picked it up through the drive through. When I open my sandwich it is a burger instead of chicken (what I ordered). So I went back to wait 25 minutes for them to give me a chicken sandwich with only ketchup when I had previously ordered it with pickle. Not only did they mess up my order the lady at the window had a nasty attitude the second time around.

Only went for chili and their power had just came back on so it's going to be some hours before the chili was ready so I went to Taco Bell instead.
In just a few short years went from the best fast food place in town to the worst. If you like stale bread and several hour old chicken nuggets this is the place to go

I would definitely not suggest this Wendy’s. We ate in last night - food was cold and service horrible . We noticed that Taco Bell and McDonald had lot of business but hardly none at Wendy’s - it was 530pm also

I don't know why but whoever is at the drive thru is always rude for no reason! She never gets my order right, throws change at me and slams AND I MEAN SLAMS the door shut! You don't like your job honey then just quit!

Every time I come here that Tina girl is always rude! She has an attitude at the drive thru! She never says hello or thank you have a nice day! I get we all have bad days but she's always just a snobby person! If you don't like your job then quit! No one is forcing you to work.

Pulled through here little last 930pm on the way up to Springfield, Il. Almost just ordered through the app but last minute decided to go ahead and just pull through the drive through so I didn’t have to use my credit card. First it took several minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, so long that I had pulled my app out was already beginning to just use it to place my order, but before I could finish she finally spoke. So I placed my order. I asked for a ten pc nugget meal with two sides of cheese sauce and a purple powerade for my daughter, a spicy chicken combo with another two sides of cheese sauce and a sweet tea for my husband and an extra spicy chicken sandwich for myself, and a junior choc frosty. Get to the window and the lady was very evidently miserable and it showed, but as someone who works in the food service industry and customer service, I understand we all have bad days. We get the order and begin to pull away and i noticed it was only one bag first off but hey sometimes they get it all in there so i didn’t immediately stop before we pulled away. Well we stopped at the end of the drive thru window area, right next to the side entrance , and proceeded to check the order. I noticed as soon as I opened the sack that only one order of fries was there and one cup of cheese, albeit it was a small chili cup about 1/3 way full., and no nuggets. So I walked up to the side entrance and the door was locked, so we went back thru the drive thru. I wasn’t mad or rude, I understand this happens, pretty often where we are from lol, and she opened the window and I told her that we were missing the nugget meal and i asked if the cup was supposed to be four sides, and then said that it was ok if so but that I needed an extra cup bc it wasn’t just for one person it was for all of us and my daughter was sitting in the back so we couldn’t just share one cup between the three of us, She was nice and there didn’t seem to be any issue. After about a minute or two she came back with the cup and a sack and wr again went to pull off and before we got pulled away all the way i opened the bag to again notice there weren’t any fries. We stopped and called back to her that the fries weren’t in the bag. She said “ no they said they already had two orders of fries in there” And Inheld up the bag with one order of fries and said that there was only 1 order that we were given. She slammed, and I mean slammed the door, then came back and said you didn’t order any other fries. I said I ordered a nugget meal, she said well that’s not on my end, and checking my reset I noticed that she was right, she didn’t put my order in right, so we just left. I would have normally asked for it to be added and paid so I could’ve gotten my fries but she was so rude like it was my fault she didn’t put my order in correctly, because I said meal, she asked me about the drink I wanted why would she do that if it was just a solo order of nuggets. The reason I didn’t go full one star is because the food was hot and actually probably the best wendy’s I’ve had in a long time, but don’t argue with your customers lady, you made the mistake own it and make it right! Sorry you hate your job, but it’s still your job have some dignity and give it your best effort or give it up! I struggle even leaving a poor review, it wasn’t the good, but her attitude and then arguing with me just hit me wrong. Especially as I wasn’t rude to her at all!
