I came in the other day and ordered the classice roast beef sandwich meal. The fries where so fresh, crunchy, Perfect 👌 the sandwich was too good also. Nicole was took my ordered so friendly, probably one of the best interactions I have had at a fast food in a while. 10/10 would come again.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru because there was ONE person working the ENTIRE store.

Ordered two items through drive-thru, a sandwich and side. Had to pull forward and wait while they cooked the side, no problem with that. The problem is they missed part of the order for the sandwich and I had to go back through to get it (going inside was not an option this time). By the time everything was finally correct, the food was cold. Cold Arby's food is GROSS
