Came in about 7 PM on Sunday. The girl with the pink hair would not even greet me. She was too worried about her phone and texting somebody. She sat there while I stared at her for probably at least 40 seconds. The tall young man walked by did not greet me or say anything. As I stood there finally, the black girl walked up and then the girl with the pink hair. Tells her yeah, take care of him. So while I'm ordering, I have to keep completely restating everything that I want at least 3 times then at the end I'm asked, do I want anything else? I say, yes, a large drink, emphasizing large she. Rings up my order and then says, what did I want? I said a large drink, she goes back to Looking at the order and then said, what did you want again?I said a large drink. She then gives me a medium drink after asking me, what did I want three times when I repeated three times but I also said everything very slowly from the beginning one by one. This was a little outrageous and horrible service. What happened to the days when you had a mature manager on duty? The food looked old, the make line was dirty. This makes no sense.

I like to come in to chipotle after I get out of work at night so it’s around nine or 10 o’clock and on multiple occasions they have told me that they don’t have any more sour cream. I know what that means. It means they just don’t want to do the work to have sour cream. I know that Store is gonna open the next day with sour cream in stock so it’s very frustrating that this continues to happen. Not a good location. Lazy employees who don’t even care to make it even look like they care about their job. So tonight they lost my business.

Confused as to how there’s 1 customer in front of me, 5 employees working and I’m standing there for 5 minutes no hello, no hey we’ll be with you in a second. Check the time stamp 8:58PM I had a white Sox beanie on. Rarely come here because it’s normally not great, but being ignored?

You jack the prices and give a bowl with half of the food missing. Greedy company teaching the workers to give rations out

I think this location in relation to where I live has a consistent quality of product. This one has better flavor/ seasoning than some locations near by. The service is good, food good, usually no wait time all depends on time of day you go. They don't skimp out on portions on visits I have gone there. People are friendly when I have visited there. It is a good place to have a quick meal without the long wait time. Only downfall has to be the price, I would go with my daugter and the price of food has gone up quite a bit. 2 burrito bowls (1) drink and whatever topping that is extra for my daughter's bowl, for both of our food is just under $30 which is a big hit on the wallet. So keep it down to going there to a min. I do recomend this location for visiting.

They are only filling the chimi cups 1/3 full now. How desperate is Chipotle to hustle people on something so trivial.

Awful, you cannot order through the drive through, I got double meat and double rice and the bowl was half full… this location is the worst, worth driving 15 minutes to the homer location if I could give it 0 stars I would

I just had a Burrito the tortilla was super cold and seemed uncooked, the guy literally press it for about 2 seconds. The barbacoa didn't taste good was probably missing salt. For $15 bucks what a disappointment!!

I come here about twice a month with my girl The food’s all right, but it’s not really worth the price, Specially, when they’re not giving you enough of what you’re paying for. There’s this one young Hispanic guy who wears glasses and he Never even gives me a full scoop of meat. The other workers will give me a good portion of food except for that guy. So I pretty much get charged For two scoops of chicken when I’m really only getting a scoop or a scoop and a half, and the food is already expensive
Whoever makes the brown rice on the night shift it taste really bad
Whoever makes the brown rice at night it’s disgusting. Way to much lime

Overall Chipolte in the last several years has gone dramatically down hill- my guess is suppliers for their meat and produce are different? This particular location I come to frequent as I'm from the Lockport area. The staff is typically friendly but it's generally kids working and there has been times when the crew at night are listening to loud rap music while cleaning up before closing- despite being open another 1-2 hours. Unfortunately, the food quality at this particular location is always a let down. The chicken is always fatty and over seasoned with adobo- rarely hot or fresh. Today in particular I got a bowl and told them the toppings and then got told to move down the line to checkout. When I get home I see the guy completely got the toppings wrong, and the little rice I do have in my bowl is hard - my guess is it has been sitting out? Just another disappointing experience from Chipolte. :(
