If you want to drop $15 on a bowl and still see the bottom of it, Chipotle’s your spot. The portion size was ludicrous. Just ask my homeboy who was with me, his burrito had ice-cold steak. And we’re two hungry dudes who normally eat anything without complaining.
This visit was the epitome of disappointment. I haven’t been to Chipotle in a few years, and now I remember exactly why. I even told the staff to compare my bowl to the one the guy next to me got, and the dude just laughed like it was a joke.
Honestly, I should’ve just gone to Dave’s Hot Chicken next door. I’ll give Chipotle another shot in a few years, just so I can remind myself how ass it really is.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this burrito was a total letdown. First off I don’t know what happened here, but this was hands down the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from Chipotle. It was wrapped decently, but that’s about the only thing they got right. As for the filling, it was mostly rice with barely any meat, and everything was unevenly distributed.
I’ve never had a burrito this small before, and every other burrito place I’ve been to does it better. Super disappointing.

Yeah, almost 30 dollars for 2 bowls of rice and a bag of chips with Guac. I noticed that one of my bowls had less meat than the other one, so I asked the young lady if she can add a couple more pieces to the bowl which she replied that it will cost me extra meat. I told her that it looks less meat than the other one but she continues to argue that it will be more money to add a couple more pieces. One other employee heard us and asked what was happening, which I explained to him that all I wanted was to have the 2 bowls to have the same meat but she wanted me to charge extra, with a lot of attitude he put 4 more pieces of meat to the one bowl and left without saying anything. I used to come here at least twice a month but I guess I'm DONE... You guys need to do better and be more polite

They raise the prices and lower the amount of meat you get. So you get fkd twice be you even eat. I won't be going back.

Just got a bowl and asked for more rice three times before giving up. My bowl was halfway full and I just wasted 15 dollars. Fire that guy working the rice and ban him from the store.

Ordered two double chicken bowls and barely received a full portion in both of my bowls. They did absolutely nothing about this and just said “we’ll talk to the staff about this” unfortunate when you spend $20+ on a lunch.

Just ordered two tacos chips and salsa for a quick dinner. My food came late, my tacos were ice cold, and my salsa for my chips was stale mushy and old very disappointed would like a refund.

Chipotle continues to be fav fast burrito bowl workshop... who doesn't love build of bear for burritos .
2nd time eating here and both was bad experiences. Portions were small and food was old. 0⭐ if it was a option.

I work near by and will swing in to get stuff as I'm headed home. i know it's towards the end of the night for the workers but EVERY TIME I'm in there they are working thier tails off! I have seen giant groups roam in 30 minutes before close on muuultiple occations and it doesn't even phase the staff! they are all stars! I get my stuff to go and it's always perfect and well packed. customer service at the counter when I have gone in has always been top notch too! best chipotle around.

Absolutely amazing experience. Came in with a group of 20 and they efficiently made our bowls in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service and quality of food. Employees were friendly and made our bowls and burritos great. Amazing time, one of the best experiences in a Chipotle that I have ever experienced. Food was so fresh and tasted amazing. Had a wonderful time with our dine-in experience. Would highly recommend this Chipotle.

Since it’s the only chipotle in the area, I have no choice but to come here. The staff has been and will always be rude, they will see you as an inconvenience and treat you accordingly. Portions are trash for the price and overall just isn’t worth the hassle for me anymore. That $18 steak burrito just isn’t worth it! Goodbye Chipotle!
