Ice cream is good but the staff move like sloths and having online orders makes the line go even slower

I came in late tonight. I was immediately greeted and helped by Jeremey. He was very friendly, outgoing, and smiled ear to ear. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. He made my experience so much better!

However, I did feel bad for him. I understand that they were closing within an hour, so the other employees had to start cleaning. The other employees were not cleaning whatsoever, but instead talking and messing around, like throwing garbage from a far distance into the garbage can. The other two employees were not helping him out whatsoever. He asked them to help make our drinks and the others said "No, I have to clean." Yet he was not cleaning. The lady employee literally stood around and did not do anything to help support him. He was the only one working.

Went there tonight at 630 pm. Outside light is off, almost all the inside lights are off. I thought it was closed, but checked the website to find out it was open, despite the lights inside and out being off. One employee inside,who didn't seem to want to be there. She didn't fill my ice cream container and I paid $22. Not coming back.

Mcdonalds has never ever run out of buns fresh or burgers, how does a ice cream shop run out of cones. From the looks you will be put of business soon. The service? Well the workers obviously don't because they had to come from the back instead of Working to make more cones. Q.E.D. Your franchise is failing.

Dirty restroom, staff not using gloves, no napkins, just don’t feel safe eating that ice cream

Been here a few times in the past year, and I have noticed a massive decline in service, and speed. Today's experience was by far the worst. I placed my order online at 7:45pm with an est time of 8:09pm pick up. I got there and had to wait another 30min for my order to be prepared being that no one started the order. No one greeted me, two employees were standing around talking to their friends and one was working while there was a line of 6 people. Something needs to be done with the discipline at night.

I am highly disappointed by the services rendered here. The staff were prejudiced against us, we asked them for a waffle cone and was told they had NONE in that location. A few minutes later a young WHITE boy came and got the waffle cone . I will definitely not be coming back here.

Can't rate the food never got any. Reviews are accurate of how terrible this place is. I've been to a lot of Cold Stones but never stood there while employees looked at me and one person worked.

We ordered online, they gave doordash the wrong order. We were told we could pick it up We only live 5 minutes away. My husband got there the doors were locked and they were gone. We will never go back.

I love the ice cream here but y’all need to get your employees in check. i came in at 9:10 and they told me they were closing early and didn’t serve me.

The experience I had this evening was the worst customer service I have ever had! Just now we waited 15minutes to order then when we got the order home it was wrong so we called and some young girl stating she was the manager that told me it was my responsibility to taste my order before I left to make sure it was right I asked her for her name and she told me she didn’t have to tell me! I am disgusted with this store this is my 3rd complaint and now I am contacting the better business bureau! Horrible

The experience was too much to summarize here, honestly. From looking at everything in the store you'd be better off drinking river water with sprinkles and have equal chance of contracting botulism. I haven't ever had a pleasant experience here and, in my attempt to give it one last shot, realized I should have learned my lesson the first time. Good luck to this owner, because they have their work cut out for them.

Horrible service. We get there 20min before closing, waiting forever (only 3 people infront of us) just for the girl to say they can't serve us 3min before closing. So why didn't you tell us that when we came in instead of us standing there waiting.

Order gotta have it sizes, and only about half the container had ice cream in it. With the inflated prices, the least you can do is serve the same amount of product.
