Order and picked up 20 minutes before close. Ice cream was great. Friendly. Took my coupon. We had an issue one time and the owner remade our order. If you have an issue just work it out with them. Well keep going back.

I dont recomend coming here they dont care about customer service. First of all if you go to ice cream shop u can order 1 scoop of 1 flavor and another of another flavor well here you can't thats not oppion for u. Then they dont have waffle bowls ready. What they do have is old ones just for show. I asked for the one that was at the counter he said not available and it would take me too long to make u one. Mine u he was making cones already he could of maide one i could waited he just choose not too.What make them even worse is I when to another cold stone at another location and they did do a 1 scoop and another scoop of another flavor and were even nicer.

Absolutely a great experience bringing the family in. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by Madison. She was extremely patient with my kids as they decided on their ice cream, and she made each order exactly the way they wanted. She truly made the experience fun.

I didn’t expect it, but she went the extra mile to give my girls an awesome time. She made sure everything was correct, put on a great show while mixing the ice cream, and really went above and beyond. It turned what could have been a simple stop into a fantastic experience.

First, best ice cream I’ve ever had! Second, Si was so nice, pleasant and very generous with his scoop. He mentioned that everything was fresh, including the ice cream and it definitely tastes like it all came from love. RECOMMEND!! They also have deals in certain days.

I’ve tried to eat here twice now only because they’re open the latest nearby. The customer service was fine but just fine. I did come in on the hottest day this far this summer close to closing time, so i didn’t expect smiling faces at 9:30pm. But my review is about the product not the service. I should have asked for a sample, but it was close to closing time and there were other guests in the store and I didn’t feel welcomed enough to ask.

I got the Oreo cream ice cream with marshmallow mixed in for the heck of it, in a sprinkle dipped waffle cone. It was so bad. 😭 I’ve never threw a whole ice cream away until now. The ice cream was powdery and nasty. You can even see the texture a little in the photo. I gathered that they use the whole oreo in theirs instead of just the cookie part, but I hope they reevaluate. Disappointed, i took a big bite into the cone hoping it would make it a little better. It tasted cheap, thin and way too sugary even on the plain parts. I could tell that the chocolate and sprinkles are the cheapest they could find to use. Before i ate the ice cream i brought it straight home and put it in my freezer sealed tightly in the container and it did not harden at all. This tells me that the ice cream is very high in sugar and fat, or that it’s just cheap ingredients used. I spent $10.12 on one ice cream to have this experience. Just go to Dairy Queen. Or Jewel and grab a Haagen Dasz for half the price and 10x better quality.

We used to frequent often. Last five times they haven’t had waffle bowls? 4 of last 5 times. There was a full toilet and no soap in dispenser. So not only did someone not flush they clearly didn’t wash hands. The delivery from here has been atrocious as well. Wrong order each time. Went downhill a year ago and it’s getting worse somehow.

Coming from someone who eats here quite often, I’m rather disappointed. Two weeks ago we stopped in later at night and the line was short when we got there and it took over 30 minutes for our order to me taken. 30 minutes!! Whatever okay fast forward to tonight. Not only was the line long and waited forever but the turn over rate of employment is crazy. There were people working tonight who had no idea what anything was or how anything worked. My husband asked for cheesecake ice cream and the guy said “I don’t know if this is cheesecake can sample it for me” my husband said no so the guy took a bite for himself and goes oh ya that’s right I guess. Wtf?? Then we ordered the cookie dough you want some and the guy didn’t know how much to put in there and then left out all of the ingredients besides the cookie dough and crushed up the cookie dough. While they were mushing it together it became very strongly like paste. I could go on and on about the terrible experience and the nasty ice cream but that’s enough of my rant. Do not come here they have gone so far down hill!!

Do NOT order delivery. I ordered delivery 3 love it sizes, I received one love it, one kids and missing one. Called the Lockport store 3 times, the last time they told me they were very busy and they will call me back later.. ya right it’s been a week and no calls. They don’t care, don’t waste your time

It was my first time here . When I got there line was long took about 15-20 minutes just to take my order . The guy employee that took my order was rude & had an attitude the whole time . Ice cream was good but $20 for two cones is insane !!!

Ice cream is good but the staff move like sloths and having online orders makes the line go even slower

I came in late tonight. I was immediately greeted and helped by Jeremey. He was very friendly, outgoing, and smiled ear to ear. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. He made my experience so much better!

However, I did feel bad for him. I understand that they were closing within an hour, so the other employees had to start cleaning. The other employees were not cleaning whatsoever, but instead talking and messing around, like throwing garbage from a far distance into the garbage can. The other two employees were not helping him out whatsoever. He asked them to help make our drinks and the others said "No, I have to clean." Yet he was not cleaning. The lady employee literally stood around and did not do anything to help support him. He was the only one working.

Went there tonight at 630 pm. Outside light is off, almost all the inside lights are off. I thought it was closed, but checked the website to find out it was open, despite the lights inside and out being off. One employee inside,who didn't seem to want to be there. She didn't fill my ice cream container and I paid $22. Not coming back.

Mcdonalds has never ever run out of buns fresh or burgers, how does a ice cream shop run out of cones. From the looks you will be put of business soon. The service? Well the workers obviously don't because they had to come from the back instead of Working to make more cones. Q.E.D. Your franchise is failing.
