I love the ice cream here but y’all need to get your employees in check. i came in at 9:10 and they told me they were closing early and didn’t serve me.

Horrible service. We get there 20min before closing, waiting forever (only 3 people infront of us) just for the girl to say they can't serve us 3min before closing. So why didn't you tell us that when we came in instead of us standing there waiting.

Order gotta have it sizes, and only about half the container had ice cream in it. With the inflated prices, the least you can do is serve the same amount of product.

This location has great customer service. The inside was clean and my order was served really fast. We also ordered a cake and it was delicious!
Places ice cream was amazing. The employee Hector I met when I was there with my friends was a very nice kind person who was very funny. If this place is giving a raise to anybody it should be Hector, a very nice employee! The only reason I am leaving a 4 star is because one of the employees there was very rude. She had black hair and was cussing at me and my friends. Don’t know if she was having a bad day but that was definitely not called for. Other than that this place had really good ice cream I would love to try again!

Adding on to what Ethan Villasenor was saying Hector was an amazing employee that went above and beyond. He made our experience fun and enjoy full. I think he deserves a raise and because of him I want to go back and get more ice cream. Also what ethan was saying when we were having fun talking to a hector another employee i’m guessing a girl with black hair said stop complaining or get the f out. Now I don’t know what she heard but we weren’t complaining she made it very awkward and that’s why i’m eating it 4 stars but overall the ice cream was very good and hector even recommended i put caramel on it and I did it was delicious. So overall good experience Hector deserves a raise and I think you should talk to the lady that cussed us out which was very unnecessary and rude but would recommend this place.

I went in today, the ice cream was mushy and one scoop is literally a half of scoop. They fill a round ice cream scoop and then run the scoop against the carton edge taking off any ice cream above the scooper! So you're getting a half of scoop on a cone for $5.00. Big rip off!
