Looks like Culver's is going downhill multi multiple employees standing around outside smoking cigarettes I'm worrying who's handling my food

They mess up my order without fail every time I come here. This most recent visit they gave my order to someone else. The drive thru takes forever even without any cars lines up. Never had a problem with the food quality but the service is just awful.

My mom and I came here for a quick bite before we headed back home to the city. She was really excited to eat from here because my brother always raved about how good the burgers were. She decided to get the cod sandwich and it was honestly terrible. The whole thing was smothered in tartar sauce and the cod was so oily. The entire sandwich basically fell apart from all the grease and sauce the bread had soaked up.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the employees at this Culver's location. I accidentally jumped the curb and got my car stuck in the drive-thru. Not your average lunch trip.
Every single employee I interacted with was unbelievably kind, patient, and helpful. No one made me feel embarrassed or stressed. They were calm, compassionate, and genuinely caring throughout the entire situation.
It's not often you encounter that kind of grace and humanity, especially during a busy shift. Their professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a terrible day into something oddly heartwarming.
THANK YOU to the entire team. You made a lasting impression, and I'll never forget your kindness.

I had to go inside to get my curbside order after waiting in my car for 10 minutes after it said it was ready. I went inside and saw my order sitting there on the side all ready and all the workers were chilling. I’m a very loyal Culver’s customer so this is disappointing.

Went thru the drive thru around dinner time, and service was fine actually rather quick, all things considered. However, my burger was overcooked and dry, the bacon was more like beef jerky, and the fries were undercooked. A very disappointing experience. There is an Arby's and a McDonald's very close by this location that I will be visiting instead from now on.

I've got some 'beef' with this particular Culver's location, and unfortunately, it's not just the delicious ButterBurgers. While I genuinely enjoy Culver's as a brand, my experiences here have been consistently underwhelming, primarily due to staff interactions. On multiple visits, whether using the drive-thru, curbside, or going inside, employees have often seemed tired or unhappy to assist. I try to be understanding – it could be a challenging work environment or just off days – but it does make the customer experience feel a bit off-putting.
Beyond the service, this is the only Culver's where I've repeatedly encountered issues with order accuracy. I know they get busy, as it's a popular spot, but it's frustrating when your meal isn't right. A few times, I've politely tried to get mistakes corrected, but it has felt like an unnecessary struggle, to the point where I've just given up. I truly hope this isn't the norm for everyone and that management can address these inconsistencies, because I really want to love my local Culver's. For now, I approach visits here with some hesitation. Hopefully, others have more consistently positive experiences.

I love Culver’s but this location has seriously gone downhill. Every time I come here, my order is either wrong and they act like I’m bothering them for asking for them to remake it when I have food allergies that could kill me so I’m not being picky, I just don’t feel like experiencing anaphylaxis today OR like today, I order online for curbside, park in one of the designated spots and wait 20 full minutes for my order before going through the drive-thru and then once again acting like I’m inconveniencing them for asking for the food I pay for. It’s either horrible attitude or incorrect orders at this place, pick your poison I guess.
