Updated Review: I’ve been coming to Dave’s Hot Chicken for a while now, and I’m thrilled to say they’re back to their original standard. The chicken-to-breading ratio is perfect again — more chicken than breading, just how it should be. The pieces are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with that signature crispy coating and bold spice. Every bite reminds me why I fell in love with Dave’s in the first place. Really great service by Kate tonight (12/02 at 830pm). She was very warm and welcoming. As we were eating she came and asked us how everything was which is rare for a fast food place! She made sure to keep moving, cleaning up the lobby and the tables, which again… rare for a fast food place! Food came out pretty fast and was really good and great portion sizes! This is a really nice location!

I have always had a fantastic experience here! Most recently, today, Kate was amazing. She was patient with my long order, reminded me to scan my receipt for rewards, and brought my to go order to me as opposed to just calling my number. She was so awesome! This location’s food is a 10/10 every time, and the store is always so clean! I recommend this place to everyone!

Repeat customer 3x in 1 month for someone who maybe gets ff once a month, that’s great! Service was a little lacking because I got a slushy and I saw the guy see that it spilled all down the side but he still handed it to me messy. I asked for some napkins and he got them, wiped it off and handed to me, without napkins, it still was all sticky so I grabbed some myself. I think he was new, so I gave him a pass but thought it was strange that he didn’t actually give my any napkins.
