Delivery driver was very polite. The meal I had was Build my own pasta with Alfredo sauce, cheese, chicken and mushrooms. As you can see in the photo the contents didn't fill the container as it usually does. The cheese was skimpy and there were burnt parts on the bottom. However it did taste as expected. The pizza had original sauce, pepperoni, and bacon. Again as seen in the picture its over cooked which is unusual for this franchise store.

Horrible customer service. My pizza took over an hour, and then when I got in the drive-thru line it took another 45 minutes! Three cars behind me even gave up and left. I finally knocked on the window, and the kid told me my order had been ready the whole time — they just didn’t bother to give it to me. I don’t know if it’s a new crew or what, but they seriously need better management and training. Never ordering from this location again.

Ordered a large pizza with the basics sausage pepperoni mushrooms onions green peppers and extra sauce and a baked Italian Sub 3 cokes 9 sauces. Pizza was not hot plus was dried out (as was the “baked Italian sub which was a total rip off quite honestly… and the delivery took forever (obviously that’s the reason ) The ingredients on the pizza were very skimpy hardly ANY of the veggies and the sandwiche was terrible Plus your delivery person Christene I believe was her name just some friendly observation DONT SMOKE when you’re delivering peoples food orders the bag with the cokes and sauces reeked inside of cigarette smoke as did the boxes the food came in It stunk badly and I won’t be ordering anything else from you. The time I ordered before everything went great … last night was ridiculous and if I wasnt so hungry I would have sent it back Wasn’t a cheap order plus I gave a nice tip Just unacceptable! 👎

Anytime I place an order at this location it’s always hot, but the quality of the food and speed of service has declined. The ETA online or in the app said my order will be ready in 13-18 minutes, I waited a full 30 minutes before heading inside, and then the screen said it would be another 20-30 minutes; it ended up being closer to an hour wait for one pizza and two sides. I never had an issue with quality until my order today. My side was great but the pizza was undercooked as the cheese wasn’t melted all the way. This seems to be a high volume location making it easy for them to get behind. The staff seemed to be working hard; most of the time they are friendly. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if the quality wasn’t an issue tonight, regardless of the wait time. Hoping I can edit this post in the future to bump up the stars!

The service here was horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas for the family and it took over 1.5 hrs for the driver to arrive. Come to find out the driver did not have our order. We attempted to call the store and had horrible experience from store manager. We arrived to the store to simply pick it up (at this point was super hungry including the family, so figured I would help by arriving and picking it up). Well they only had 1 pizza made. Honestly this i no fault to the employees at the store level because they are not properly trained by upper/Corp management. I sure hope the district manager and Corp managers put the time and effort in properly training their store employees to fulfill customer orders in timely manners. Very disappointing!!

We waited 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas just for the delivery driver to come to our house with no pizzas. Also found a used air pod on the counter, looks like it’s the managers air pod as he had only one in his ear. And that plaque is a lie.

I would say that this is the worst domino’s location we’ve ever been to! First of all, we got there a few minutes late when I got the notification that our pizza’s were done. We wanted to simplify our pick up so we went through the drive-thru for our convenience because we have our child with us. Two cars in front of us and when it was our turn the man left and we were there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend us! We thought that was odd and our child was getting fuzzy so we just drove to the parking lot and my husband went inside the store for pick up. This is when everything went down the hill. My husband said there were five staff just standing around doing nothing! I don’t think they care nor feel the urgency of the customers placing orders or picking up pizza. I almost came down to see what’s going on because he was there for almost half an hour just to pick up pizza. Did I say almost half an hour?!?! You don’t believe me?! Watch your footage from yesterday around 7pm ish and you’ll see how horrible is the wait time. I can’t even fathom how this location works at all to be honest. Make a surprise visit. It doesn’t even end there, I ask for one of the pizza’s we’ve ordered to be square cut since my son likes them that way and it was not made it that way. Why give an option if it was not going to be made the way we want it? I had to cut it myself when we got home. Again, worst domino’s location we’ve ever been to! Contact me. I had one of the worst experiences at this Domino’s location. The entire place was extremely disorganized, and the employees seemed like they couldn’t care less about the customers.
I first went through the drive-thru, waiting for about 10 minutes, but no one showed up to take my order. Frustrated, I decided to go inside, hoping for better service. Unfortunately, things only got worse.
I stood at the register for over 20 minutes, waiting to pick up my order. Not a single employee acknowledged me, even though several were standing around doing nothing. The cashier saw me waiting but kept walking to the back to box pizzas instead of helping me.
What really baffled me was that there was a manager making pizzas at the time. When a truck pulled up to the drive-thru asking for a manager, he left to handle that. Instead of the cashier taking over and helping customers at the counter, he continued making pizzas, leaving me and others completely ignored.
I understand they may have been busy, but this is unacceptable customer service. I was just there to pick up a pre-ordered pizza—it should have taken a few minutes. Instead, I wasted over 30 minutes waiting, and my pizza was cold by the time I got it. It had been sitting on a rack, not insulated, getting colder by the minute.
I was incredibly patient, but this was beyond frustrating. Please work on properly managing your staff and ensuring customers are helped promptly. What happened today was a complete failure in service. If I can give this a zero I most certainly will! Never again!!!!!
