I went to Dunkin today and ordered a iced matcha with cookie butter cold foam and the worker over the driver thru speaker said cookie latte ok and I corrected him saying it was a matcha latte with cookie cold foam he said pull forward and I did and surprise surprise it was a cookie butter latte I said I asked for a match iced latte he said ma’am no you didn’t I have a speaker in my ear and he brought over another worker and said we heard you I then said would it be possible to get my drink switched not wanting to argue he said you know we have to throw this away now and I said I’m sorry but this isn’t what I ordered and he said ok I have to charge you again even after they took the wrong drink back and gave me a match unmixed with the powder all at the bottom I then apologized about the situation and he closed the window mid sentence very horrible experience at this Dunkin and horrible service.

None of the Dunkins in this area are good. This is the worst location. Lazy employees that don’t even acknowledge your presence. They don’t even use delivery bags for the drivers they just hand you everything.

Service was below par. There was two younger men working and both seemed Very frazzled. The building was extremely hot and uncomfortable to wait in unlike any other time I had been in there before. Ultimately Why I'm writing this review is because my order was wrong. He gave me a sandwich instead of bacon and I had to remind him that I had a drink with my order. I did also purchased the stuffed bagel minis, and those were good that was about the only positive part of this experience

They got my coffee order wrong and I think they added sugar and im a diabetic and after I told him he was rude and wouldn't give me back my money, ill never come back

The worst thing about this place is how stupid most customers are to leave a car length gap in line pissing off other customers who have mobile orders
This used to be my go-to dunkin, but recently it’s really fallen off. I went through the drive thru today and it took 10 minutes to even have my order taken because whoever was working was taking orders one at a time. Mind you the line was 5 cars deep behind me too. The sandwich and coffee were acceptable at best

So it looks like there may be new management. I'm giving 5stars because I was having a bad morning and I asked what did they have that was similar to the the brown shaken espresso without the espersso in it and the guy that helped was so helpful and sweet and patient. Not only did he offer me to make an ice coffee with similar ingredients but he also made me a delicious drink and asked me if it was good. How sweet was he? I appreciate this so much especially right now that im pregnant and can't consume more than 200mg of coffee. Thank you again this was today July 7th at 1:10!
Rude employees. Horrible service. The kid working the drive trough was a total jerk. Dunkin should stop hiring sub humans and up there hiring game. Totally ridiculous to be treated like your a burden to them. This place should just shut the doors. It's a terrible business that hires low life kids with no manners. And the food is trash.

Inconsistent Dunkin' Service: Weekdays vs. Weekends
I've had consistently positive experiences at this Dunkin' location during the weekdays. The service is efficient, and my orders are always correct. However, my weekend experiences have been quite different. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect, and I've even had to ask for remakes. While I understand weekends can be busy, this has happened repeatedly. I contacted Dunkin' customer service regarding this issue and was informed that the location would reach out to me. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear from anyone. It's frustrating that a location can be so reliable during the week and so inconsistent on weekends, especially when there seems to be no follow-up on customer service inquiries.
Please switch back to the other coffee covers! The plastic ones can’t take the heat and feel like they are going to melt or give off toxins. I don’t like it. It’s almost like you got them from the dollar store in bulk! We pay over $3.00 for a cup of coffee please give us decent covers!
Hello. Last month I visited twice the location and both times my drink was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen. I took a break from visiting. This week on Tuesday, I went through the drive through line waited 7 minutes two cars ahead of me. I get to the window and asked for two gift cards. “Oh, sorry we are all out of gifts cards”. The two cars ahead me received poor service also. They pulled away only to come back and get behind me. I will not be returning.
