Hello. Last month I visited twice the location and both times my drink was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen. I took a break from visiting. This week on Tuesday, I went through the drive through line waited 7 minutes two cars ahead of me. I get to the window and asked for two gift cards. “Oh, sorry we are all out of gifts cards”. The two cars ahead me received poor service also. They pulled away only to come back and get behind me. I will not be returning.

Thankfully we have two other locations in town that are phenomenal.

They cook their bagels until they’re black, I was cut off mid order and was told to come to the window. The atmosphere seems dark and unwelcoming. This place was bought out recently and doesn’t feel the same anymore. The bread in the following photos is both stale AND overcooked. Hoped this helped prevent a waste of your hard earned 6 dollars everyone. Take care.

This place is going down hill quick. New and very unfriendly staff. Food order hasn't been correct in the last three, always an item missing. Don't waste your time. Go to the Gas and Wash Dunkin on 159th and Gougar.

New owners / employees suck. Bathrooms inside are nasty
Very rude new employees/owners. First words were "what do you want" then proceeds to give incorrect order. Return in 10 minutes to her saying she did in fact give me one chocolate long john-which happened to morph into a maple sugar filled donut in my absence apparently- so when I asked for two to make up for my trouble having to take time away from my family, she correctly told me I only purchased one. Hoping the DD on state is a different owner/crew. Do better!

New management is rude, slow, and quality of product has gone down.
Went here at noon on a safurday just for some hashbrowns. First off, the lady at the speaker sounded very rude and just kept saying "ANYTHING ELSE?????" while cutting me off. Then i wait at least 5 minutes at the window for my order, mind you there was no one in line when i placed my order at the speaker. So im thinking, oh they must be cooking them so they will be fresh when i get them, oooh yay! WRONG... they taste like they have been sitting in hot holding for 3-5 business days and then chewed up and spit back out. I tried contacting this establishment right after trying a bite and realizing how vile my hashbrowns tasted but they do not pick up their phone. Whoever thought that these hashbrowns were safe for human consumption needs to be fired immediately. They taste undercooked yet like they were in the hot holders for HOURS.

Did they change owners? New staff is rude
Used to love coming here, new staff is unpleasant.
The previous staff was friendly, made great food, and great coffee. Today, I had to repeat my order, and they still messed it up. They didn't say good morning or smile at all.
This place used to be filled with positive energy, the employees were happy and danced to good music. Now, it's just a bad Dunkin, like many others.

Dee & her crew were the best, will miss them.
It is 7 am on a Saturday. Google says you open at 5. The hours posted on your building say you open at 5am. I left with out product because no one was there. This is the second location owned by this group that i have left without product because you are not open. I'll go to Dunkins under different ownership from now on.
A good experience, better than others in the area.
