They cook their Croissants too hard, almost boring them.

What happend with this place... terrible. Mess up your order almost everytime and when confronted they ask you to pay extra to fix their mistake.
Got an attitude with me because I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Purposely messed up my order two days in a row won’t be going back to this location.

Been here a few times since the new owners took over. They used to be really on their game but after about 10 visits of wrong orders and rude service I can't give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. Save yourself the headache and just go to McDonald's up the street.

Went in last week around 11 and stood in line behind a woman. After a minute of standing there, I asked if she's been waiting long. She said a few minutes so I peaked on the other side near the drive through and the two female workers were sitting down on milk crates watching a movie on a phone while eating from bowls. They made that woman pay for her drink too. Walked in this morning to get a coffee and again, waited in line for five minutes with no one coming to the counter. Just walked out.... The owners of this place don't deserve your money so don't give it to them. They also own several other locations in the area so watch out for that too

I used to come here all the time on my break and now it is so bad. It takes absolutely forever to be served and when they do finally take your order they act like you are the biggest inconvenience you could experience. These workers are quite genuinely the rudest people I have ever met. Shame on management and the new owners please get it together. I miss getting a decent coffee in a reasonable amount of time without being degraded.

this dunkin used to be great, and we always had this cute cashier with pretty nails and our order was always perfect. within the past couple weeks, or month, it’s just really really bad. also the one five star review with no words is extremely obvious that one of the employees or owners got mad and did that themselves.
my sandwich is either always burned or undercooked or the wrong bread or they’re out of bread. smh

I order a coffee with no sugar. I get to the window and I can see the sugar in my coffee cup. I say, “I’m sorry I asked for no sugar.” She says, “it’s not sugar it’s caramel.” I take her word for it. As soon as I take a sip, it was all sugar. I’m so upset that she lied to my face.
New owners are horrible. Rude and ignorant. And most of all, extremely slow. The old staff was amazing, made it a pleasure to visit. Never go to this location. Avoid.

The new owners are destroying this place. I used to love this Dunkin'. It's honestly impressive how quickly they fell. I really miss the old staff.
New owners fired the old staff which were simply the best.service is now slow and the coffee watered down. I will not return and i live 3 blocks away.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My order was wrong (which happens, not a huge deal). But when I explained that they had gotten it wrong, the manager came up to the worker in the window making snarky comments “what’s her problem” and when I said excuse me? She replied with, “What do you want?”. I’m so disappointed with my experience here
This location is under new ownership and they got rid of the staff that they had. The previous staff did an awesome job making sure to keep the line moving through drive-through and rarely that they get your order wrong under this new ownership and the new staff, they are extremely disorganized. They’re very slow, the line backs up and the wait time is turning into 10 to 15 minutes when the line is long. It’s really unfortunate because under the previous ownership it ran like a well oiled machine so sad to see all the staff gone and replace with people that obviously are having a hard time keeping up with customer service also, the quality of the drinks has gone down, they’re not being made right or they’re getting orders wrong. This location is going to lose a lot of business to other locations in Lockport. If they don’t change the way they do things and become as efficient as the previous staff was and the previous owners.
