I ordered online a bacon egg & cheese with extra bacon. Which you pay $2 extra for. There was barely any bacon on it was very disappointed and tasted very bland. This has happened countless times where my food would be missing some portion. Very disappointed with this service.

First time ordering through the mobile app and they somehow got my drink wrong? Dont understand how hard it is to follow simple instruction when i asked for no changes to the original drink, they gave me double of of one of the items in the drink.

I gave the guy a slightly ripped $5 and told me that he couldn’t take it , which is bs . He started laughing and told me to go to the bank , just to let you know this is at 10:43pm !!! Unnecessary behavior.

ordered a drink and bagel minis . The lady taking my order did not ask me my order, she said hello , and i proceeded to read my two items off to her she kept saying OK after the item in a slightly annoyed tone. That was fine that didn't bother me yet. What bothered me was receiving my bagel minis completely cold. Just because the outside is warm, doesn't mean the inside is -and apparently no one at this Dunkin has ever taken a baking class to know that. I get this item enough to know what the estimated wait time should look like if it's being cooked thoroughly and I'm not surprised that this Dunkin is just trying to shove out items and get people out of their line. They've been this way for years, and it will continue to be this way, but yet I still come due to the lack of other options in the area. I've only gotten the upmost service from a younger Hispanic man , if I caught his name, I'd put it in here because he's the best employee I've seen there. Props to him and only him

The morning crew are awesome coffee is always great but I am giving it one star because the guy they have working the late night shift he just does NOT care about QUALITY, coffee taste water down all the time with no flavor when I say allll time I mean allllll the time , I definitely won’t be coming there at night but I am leaving my review now because it’s a shame each time is a disappointment , what is the point of being open 24/7 if the person in the night shift will make you lose customers ??might as well stay close and save you the electricity , and not only is the coffee water down with no taste but every time I place my order online so that when I get there it is already made he will wait til I get there and THEN prepare the order , Sir ! If I paid for it then it should be done once I get there, that is the whole purpose of placing the order AHEAD . It’s the same guy allllll time ! I hope he is not watering it down to save “product “ I will definitely be coming in the morning to get it re done .

The workers are mad chill and cool.
This is my last visit to this location. It’s unfortunate this location is unable to follow simple directions in a timely manner. I’ve emailed corporate directly hoping it would change as this location is the only one I pass on the way to work. Sandwich’s are always thrown together and (4:45am when it’s least busy) always missing ingredients, especially if you’re customizing your order, forget about those actually being on your order. Sick and tired of company’s thinking they can charge you for a product and not deliver what’s advertised or paid for. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Poor service and soggy food, they can’t even make the hash browns correctly.

This location fell off once they got new owners. The workers are never friendly, rarely get your order right, and much slower.
What is with the Dunkin’s in this area that hire absolutely miserable people to work there. None of them are friendly , never a hello or anything just YEA ??? Maybe quit and do something else of you hate your job so much .

Don’t stop here unless you have nothing else going on. You’ll wait and wait and wait and wait. Did I mention I you’ll wait? Even in the drive thru it’s been 18 minutes. And I’m still writing this review

I guess they don't know anything about doughnuts anymore since they removed it from their name. 1) When the clerk is talking on a cellphone with their friend, they miss the details like YOU DON'T PUT A DOUGHNUT IN A BAG FROSTING SIDE DOWN; and 2) The 'frosting' was runny and had the consistency of Hershey's chocolate syrup. But they saved $ by using just one piece of paper. Never go back.

I am so glad Lockport put another Dunkin right in the middle of busy intersection it’s always convenient plus never have any issues and very friendly always get my orders correct. Definitely recommend it.
