All around the best dunkin have ever been too, in the morning at 6 am all the staff is super nice greeting with smiles on face. In the afternoon when I leave work and get my second coffee the staff in afternoon is my all time favorite. They have the best customer service I have had, I constantly come back due to the people working here
Safe to say I’ll stick to the one on read. Haven’t been able to come here for 9 months due to being pregnant so naturally I was excited to finally get my large coffee.. The woman taking my order was so god darn rude!!
I go to this place once maybe twice a day depending. Usually the woman around 12pm are extremely nice and friendly. They deserve a raise. Also have great customer service as well. My ice coffee is on point literally every single time that they make it. I truly appreciate it and eventually would love to give

Was about to get my coffee when I noticed the person in front of me with 2 pitbulls sobbing by the window as they handed them a some treat , employee didn't even clean ,disinfect the window counter or her hands . Poor management and

People are extremely uneducated, they rush you thought the drive thru and they give you the order wrong and they tell you very rude to go around and order again. I understand that, but the way the talk and approach to the customer is extremely bad. If they don’t like to work in that place they should definitely look for something else instead of being rude to the paying client.
I wish I could give zero stars the General Manger Melissa Noyola is rude as hell she will straight up tell you to go somewhere else if you don't like the sevice even though they got my order wrong. Always very unprofessional as a older lady you think the she had something to loose smh but I guess dunkin will hire anyone to be the General Manger. Dunkin donuts you need to do better because this lady will run off good customers off. Literally I don't know how this lady still has a Job‼️‼️
