Coffee and a Cuban. That's right. Went in the other night to give the pretzel cuban stacker a try. And try I did, only to fail. However it wasn't total failure. Half of that delicious sandwich, piled with pulled pork, ham and pickles that were shingled along the bottom. Became my coffee companion the next day. Unorthodox? Perhaps, but don't knock it till you try it

I ordered their Thanksgiving package and was really disappointed. When I got home, the pie was completely liquid and had to be thrown out. I messaged them right away on Facebook and they offered a different dessert, but I told them I couldn’t pick it up because I have a small baby. I asked for a partial refund, which they said they’d handle the day after Thanksgiving, but they never followed up. I messaged again and was left on read. Really poor customer service and won’t be ordering from them again.

One of the best burgers in the area! Everything in the menu is delicious. Great atmosphere, too. Do allow a few extra minutes to find parking. There's a small, free lot behind the building, which is great.

Our waitress was attentive and detailed and explained all the choices and sides to our two kids. The food was exceptional, we had burgers, grilled cheese with Italian beef and the Brussels sprouts with the honey and siracha was phenomenal. We will be back!

The Most Magical Day at Embers — Lockport’s Hidden Gem!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more magical day! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly thanks to the amazing team at Embers. Huge shout out to Ann, Nicole, and Maddie — and especially Ann, who went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect and stress-free.
The venue itself is stunning — the exposed brick walls, wood barn doors, high ceilings, and all the twinkle lights created the perfect cozy, romantic vibe. We barely had to decorate because it already looked like a dream!
And the food… wow. Our guests are still talking about the mashed potatoes, and the chicken was incredible! Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and genuinely delicious — not just “good for event food,” but restaurant-quality amazing.
We’re so grateful to Embers for giving us the most beautiful, joy-filled day we could have imagined. If you’re looking for a venue that’s as gorgeous as it is well-run, Embers is it.

I can't say enough positive things about this place. We thought the main bar area was it for this place, until Ann showed us around. Holy moly is this place big. They have a main bar area with great drinks, many beer options, and really delicious food. But the kicker is you take the elevator up to the speakeasy on the 3rd floor. Now it's decorated for Halloween and it the most amazing place to sit and have a drink. There is also a banquet hall area where people where going to get married and have their reception there. So much good stuff here to pass up. If you are anywhere near Lockport you must stop and check it out. You wont regret it. Thanks for the tour Ann we will definitely be back but with more people.
