The catering from Embers is amazing! They are on-time and so helpful, the food is delicious and very professionally presented, and the cost is exceptionally reasonable. I’ve used them for a number of events and they are consistently excellent! Highly recommend!!

I held my 40th birthday event here at Embers on the third floor (the speakeasy area)! We had our own room… buffet room… and access to The Speakeasy. Ann helped with all the details… was easy to work with, and truly helped me create my desired 1920s vibe and more! Highly recommend planning a party here with Ann… especially if you’re going for a theme, and love the speakeasy vibes! Nothing but good things to say from the 30 people in our group! :)

Very expensive for bar food. 6 of us, 2 being teens so no alcohol, and the bill was over $300! Food was mediocre at best.Automatic 20% tip charge because there were 6 and additional 3% credit card charge.Won't be going back.

Food was good. But way overpriced. I got a Cuban Sandwich it was over $17.00 and an extra $1.00 for tator tots. At Mcwethys a Cuban sandwich and two sides included is $14.00!!! We won’t go back. Come on Lockport I work hard and was expecting better prices. I had 3 drinks and cuban that was cold and my bill was over $65.00!!! For one person! Server was nice though. But I won’t be back. Better places locally better prices

Disgusting. Server sneezed directly into his hand and didn’t wash them after. Then when we asked to cancel our food order after being disgusted, we were still charged for our food we didn’t eat. Poor customer service. Won’t ever be returning and will let people know of my experience

I enjoyed myself and the company I was with over lunch at Embers, with two of my 'grands' and a fiance. The fresh fruit was all remarkably fresh! Just right! It was simply delcious alongside my side of tomato bisque. Just enough left for a snack. 😽🐘❤️

We hosted my Parent's 50th wedding anniversary party here and everything went smoothly! The staff was amazing and attentive. Theresa the manager was great to work with and very helpful when we came to her for anything. Highly recommend as a venue or place to come for drinks or food.
