Kung pao chicken is supposed to be hot this has absolutely no taste whatsoever no spice I don't even think these people are even Chinese

Absolute shit service. Ordered carry-out and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later, finally get to the front of the line, then get told they never started my order and I would need to wait another 30-40 minutes. Why lie and even say 30 minutes? The whole point of ordering carry out is for it to be ready at specified time. Will NEVER go here again.

I'm in the middle. Their food is very good! When you can get it. I recommend go before any meal rush time. Or youll be waiting. Excited to see them branch out to doordash n etc. But they will need to increase speed. As you will be waiting.

So bad I spent 50$ and threw everything in the garbage! The wonton soup broth was brown, it's supposed to be chicken broth. Orange chicken, Kung Pao, egg rolls so bad! The only highlight was the nice lady who took my order.

Food was a little bit bland. Didn’t realize until I got home that there was only one small soy sauce in the bag.

THEIR FOOD IS HORRIBLE DRY AND NO FLAVOR TO THE RICE OR SEASONING AND THEY ISE BIG ONIONS IN THEIR FOOD THE EGG FOO YOUNG WAS EXTREMELY DRY NO GRAVY ETC AND THEY PUT IT IN THE CONTAINER WITH THE WHITE RICE SO IT WAS COMPLETELY DRIED OUT AND THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THE NOODLES CALLED THE LADY SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY DO THE SAME FOR EVERY CUSTOMER AND MAYBE I SHOULD NOT COME BACK I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEIR AGAIN!!!!NEVER !!!

Their food is horrible and dried out I had the shrimp fried rice big onions in it the rice was dry had shrimp egg food young it was dried out as well with no gravy the only thing that was good was the noodles called them the lady was rude as hell she told me oh well we give every customer the same thing maybe you don’t want to come here anymore instead of saying ma’am Iam sorry that your food isn’t right can I replace it with something different maybe… NEVER AGAIN WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!

Wife and I get the party trays of crab rangoon and egg rolls from time to time. Usually very good, however it appeared the crab rangoon was void of anything except cream cheese the last time we ordered. The atmosphere for the restaurant itself is not very appealing, but we get take out, so it's not an issue for us. The staff is friendly and on time with the food.

Best in Lockport. Staff always very friendly and you get a lot of food. They fill each container unlike the place down the street from them.
