First time at Honeyfield. It was great! Theresa was amazing. So kind and generous. Will definitely be back. Food was delicious and service was top notch! Thank you Theresa!!

A wonderful establishment. The food is a cut above other breakfast establishments in the area. the restaurant is always clean and service is attentive. Their waiting area is undersized which is especially apparent during peak times. What sets Honeyfield apart, however, is their hospitality. Their wait staff is personable, welcoming and will likely remember you after only a few visits. Recommend frequenting to get the full experience.

I haven't been to this restaurant in YEARS (because of the rising rate of inflation). Now, I know why; and the answer isn't inflation. I called about a Door Dash order that was placed on 09/22/2024. I was expecting an item, but that item did not match the description, once received. I ordered a Golden Malt Waffle from Door Dash and received a Plain Waffle. When I called the Honey Field Pancake House & Restaurant to explain what had happened, the male whom I spoke to was a complete JERK on the phone. Very unprofessional and completely lacked customer service skills. He told me I misread the description (when in reality the description is wrong on the restaurant's end). He was nothing but argumentative. Didn't solve anything but gave me a complete headache listening to him. Please teach this male how to appropriately address customer concerns/issues when they arrive instead of being a complete HOT HEAD. Thank you!
