Ordered sandwiches from the catering menu, over a $120 dollars worth, they really skimped on the meat very disappointing and embarrassing, the only positive I can say is they supplied a good amount of lettuce tomatoes....on the side

It's been a while since I ordered anything from this place, always had a good experience, but not this time. I ordered Philly cheesesteak sandwich and there was barely any meat on it, or anything for that matter. Used to be a lot more. It's not worth the money, next time I'll just buy steak and make my own, I've done it many times before, but after long day at work, including overtime, I just didn't wanted to cook anything. I'm not saying it didn't taste good, but the ratio of bread and meat with veggies just not what it used to be, I had to scrape meat from one half and put on the other side just to be able to enjoy it. Not good for business, people love meat

beware of online pick up. my sandwich was made incorrectly, it was soaked in vinegar and oil that i specifically requested not to add. (I double checked the receipt to make sure that I didn't forget to take it off) so by the time i got to dig in, it was completely soggy which sucked because i already made it home. the other sandwich i had ordered was also inedible by how much juice was on it. we ended up having to throw it out and also there was an item missing. the food is too expensive to mess it up like that.

I went to get a sandwich and carrisa greeted me right when I walked in the door which was awesome she then got my order made asap and before you know it I was eating one of the best sandwiches I've ever had hats off to her and her employees 10 out 10 I'll be back

completely forgot hot sandwich. wasn’t greeted when walked in kid looked like he had a gun held behind his head when he looked at me. i should of taken there being no smell of grilled peppers or meat in the air as a bad sign. didn’t notice sandwich was gone till we got home and they even tried to hide it under the chips and soda. to top it all off when i opened my sandwich that luckily made it. it was the worst looking and prepared sandwich ive ever seen from there. it seemed whoever was making it was pissed off for working??? i didn’t even eat the sandwich as it was so horrible made it didn’t even know how to eat it will be going to other locations as this one has become horrendous over the years. very surprising considering all the competition surrounding them: chipotle, popeyes, noodle and company, mcdonald’s, and etc. go to the other parts of the strip mall and exclude this part

I just had my son bring me home a #17 . I order it all the time and look so forward to eating it. This was the first time it was terrible, I didn’t even eat it. I had about 1/4 of a regular and threw the rest out. An over abundance of cheese was on top of the meat, not cooked into the meat. The meat had a funky taste, the onions and peppers were over cooked. If they hired a new cook get rid of him cuz I won’t be back.

We came in on Saturday 5/18/24 at 2:55pm and it was very busy but the staff working were attentive and courteous to all the customers. It was impressive to see them work together to get through the rush and ensure everyone’s orders were correct and timely. Thanks guys for our sandwich!
