Placed an online order and it was ready for pick up when I got there. Order was correct. Really nothing more than that. Ordered food and got it no problem.

So I was in the burbs, had a taste for the JJs, and chose to stop in at this one bc it had the highest reviews of the ones in the area. Boy, what a mistake.

I rolled up/in w my bby and order about $20 worth of food bc I was hungry and would have some for dinner…: the chickie at the counter says she doesn’t take $100 bills… whelp. That was going to be a bit of a problem, bc I would need to go to the bank to deposit it, otherwise…. I have some smaller bills. So I decide to just pay for the sammy and leave the rest. Well. They couldn’t even ring up a split payment of cash and a little debit for me to pay the last $2 on the Sammy. So, they “give” it to me for free. A BLT.

I bounce to hit the bank and the gas station… bite into the sammy and realize it’s not a BLT! It’s something else entirely. A “countryside” something or other…?!?! Finish my errands, and go back to the same JJs.

Roll back in w my mini, and let them know the sammy was all the way wrong. And I decide to take the items I originally left bc now I could pay w my card. They said not to worry about paying for the extra items. Sure, now. And I take my sammy and roll back out.

The sammy was still pretty bogus. Super drippy and messy and idk not what I was expecting in my JJs visions I’d been hankering for.

Bottom line: the store is run by literal humanoid robots, and you better bring your digital shekels to do business w them, or risk having your foods confiscated!!! (Which aren’t v good, anyway… I’m looking at you drippy BLT that needed two plus ppl to put it together and the pesto pasta salad!)

We order from here all the time but today, I wanted to shout out to Jae. She went above and beyond for me today when I mindlessly ordered my sandwich — without the meat 😄

She called me and left a message to confirm my order and was so sweet once I was inside! Good customer service is hard to find and most only take the time to complain so I wanted to express my gratitude.

All of this is to say, orders are accurate every time — even when I mess up the ordering myself! Appreciate you Jae, thanks for dinner!

Just because I have allergies does not mean my diet should be sacrificed. Come on! There is like half a bag a lettuce in this unwich! You can purchase gluten free wraps or bread. Normally, we go to Jersey Mike's because they offer gluten free bread but my kid wanted Jimmy Johns. I will definitely be suggesting Jerseys in the future. Please do something about this. I highly recommend wraps since they are low carb and mimic your lettuce wraps.

I ordered my sandwich at 4:53pm. 12-31-23. Got a notification at 5:17 pm the sandwich was out for delivery. 6:04 I called Jimmy johns to see where my food was Only to speak to a "ROB", which was extremely ignorant said he was the store manager. No apologies no explanations of where my food is? Just ma'am it must have been delivered to the wrong house, but I can have another sandwich out to you in 40 minutes. Really? So I'm supposed to wait for 2 hours for a sandwich which is promised "freaky fast". & how do I know it will actually be delivered? He said I can't promise you will get your food. So is this what JJ does now? Order food take peoples $$ but dont give the food? Thats stealing. I will be in contact with the corporate office & hope I do get my refund back. BBB willbe hearing of this and the attorney General.

There's a man there who seems to work the front cash register primarily. My 1st visit, I walk in & am greeted by everyone except him. Didn't notice him until I looked down to find him just starring at me not saying a word. His vibe & tone of vice is not welcoming & quite frankly negative & unfriendly. He alone makes me wanna choose another food option & store location. This guy needs to adjust himself for a customer service position that he is in! I've been back a few more times but probably won't return to the same poor show of gratitude of patronage.
