Ordered 16 peace meal and chicken tenders on uber eats , driver dropped off the bag. Once I opened the bag to my surprise place that sells chicken gave me a bag with mashed potatoes and coleslaw only. Tried calling them no one would answer. I didn't know someone could be to stupid not to put in the bag what they sell.

The lady working night shift on 11/21/2024 at 11:25pm said KFC was closed making me miss out on a $35 dollar Uber order to take care of my family and bills. This lady had no reason to close KFC early when it says open tell 11:30pm so therefore I hope management speaks to this women.

Came to this place for the first time and wow! I stood there for 10 minutes with nobody attending and the girl at the drive thru kept looking at me but wouldn't tell no one I was there, so I had to walk around and say excuse me finally the guy came from around the kitchen area. The bathroom is disgusting! The dining area is disgusting the tables where all sticky as if it hasn't been cleaned for a long time we used a napkin and wet it and wiped the edge of the table, and the filth that came off was incredible! This place needs to be completely disinfected! And need to be deep cleaned!

Don't know what happened today. Ordered online. Waited 10 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready. Then a young lady was finally nice enough to tell me it was going to be at least 12 minutes until it was done because they had to cook more chicken. I finally got my food 20 minutes later. When I got home all the chicken was soggy and greasy because they didn't let the grease run off. It was really good last time I had it, today not good!!!!

Digital deal you get half fresh chicken and the other half was yesterdays or sitting under a lamp all day. What garbage have not ordered KFC in years usually prefer Popeyes and guess will stay with Popeyes over the old chicken served at this location.
