By far, the worst, and I have been to Chicago South side places. This location is run by kids. They hide in the back. Never pick up the phone. Most of them look like they don't know what clean clothes look like. I worked in the food industry myself, and they definitely are not up to code. Long disgusting nails and food stains even in their hair. Multiple times they get my orders wrong and they spend more time on their phones or doing idk what. I am amazed this place still running.

Called at 8:15pm to try to order, telling them I was on my way, they stated they could not take a order over the phone even if I paid for it. So had to come here and place an order in person and then they gave me attitude that I was ordering so late when I even called on my way to order. Like you close at 9pm and are āquick and ready pizza placeā not taking an order for one pizza is crazy.
Would give one star but they gave me some free food so Iāll give em 3

Damn the ready made pizza used to be 5$ just paid 9.75 $ for a stale old cheese pizza !!! Lockport why are you Pizzas higher and the pizza way worse !!! Shame you made an extra 4 $ but I'll never come back

As of 2025 this location has had to have gotten new management. The location is always open and the staff is attentive and quick. The food quality has also drastically improved.
Original review: This place is a disaster. The hours online and in the app are never correct. They always close early with no warning, and even their posted hours make no sense.
11:30am to 3pm? It's a joke. Change the management and staff of this location or it will surely (and rightfully) go out of business.

Wouldnāt let me post twice went in a few layers whoever is portioning sauces need to do better barely had any for two sauces smh coming from a former co manger
Some of the employees are nice, Some are really rude.. When you ask them we'll done, you never get it well done.. If you come to order at 8:00 they won't make pizza for you because they need a whole 1 hour to clean. last year's on New years Eve they closed at 6pm. If you call because anything was wrong or just too find out the hours. The phone rings and never answer, they pick up and hang up the phone.
Iām a crazy bread addict, ordered some yesterday, along with classic pepperoni pizza. Bread was dry and overcooked, very little cheese, no butter, and had a white powder Iāve never seen on there before. Pizza was overcooked and off looking. I canāt prove itās related but me and my son began throwing up about 8 hours after eating.
