I’d like to think that if I had a Nonna, she’d be welcoming and never fail to overfeed me. Her food would be hearty and flavorful and she’d never let me leave empty handed. It's not the food that earned 3 stars but the service. I dined here over 2 weeks ago. One of the first things on their website shows $6 sangria Sundays. I noticed on the bill they were $7. Pointed it out to the server and all she said was "thank you, I let management know". Didn't adjust the price, just a thanks. What bothers me more is that they never updated the website to reflect correct pricing so I can't help but think they're intentionally misleading...
My wife and I have dined at Mama Onestas in Lockport close to a hundred times since they opened. We have also enjoyed family dinners there in their private room.
We have never had a bad meal, ever.
Tonights meal was excellent, but a terrible internal policy tarnished the meal.
They promote a 20% discount for seniors on Tuesday, with no caveats, and we have enjoyed that perk several times.
