It's not the food that earned 3 stars but the service. I dined here over 2 weeks ago. One of the first things on their website shows $6 sangria Sundays. I noticed on the bill they were $7. Pointed it out to the server and all she said was "thank you, I let management know". Didn't adjust the price, just a thanks. What bothers me more is that they never updated the website to reflect correct pricing so I can't help but think they're intentionally misleading...
My wife and I have dined at Mama Onestas in Lockport close to a hundred times since they opened. We have also enjoyed family dinners there in their private room.
We have never had a bad meal, ever.
Tonights meal was excellent, but a terrible internal policy tarnished the meal.
They promote a 20% discount for seniors on Tuesday, with no caveats, and we have enjoyed that perk several times.

We had the fried calamari, Chicken Francese and Veal Parm. Everything was delicious and the proteins were sooo tender. Top that off with authentically friendly and quality service from our server Kelly and you can't beat it.
