I placed a self-order at the location on 7/11 around 5 PM CST. I picked a table number as instructed, but no one brought the food over. Not a huge deal—we went up and got it ourselves.
What was really disturbing, though, was hearing a woman—who seemed to be in a management position—yelling at her staff in Spanish. She clearly thought all customers had left, but I was waiting near the restroom for a family member and could hear everything. At one point, she shouted, “Aquí yo mando, no tú” (“I’m the one in charge here, not you”), in a very aggressive and demeaning tone.
It was loud, hostile, and extremely unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated that way at work. It was upsetting to witness and left a really bad impression of the leadership at this location.

The manager, Teresa Chavez, is absolutely the worst. Dozens of times I have used my McD's app to order food, paying with my linked PayPal account, and set it up for pock up at the counter inside so my 14yr old can get food with his friends. I ordered him food, got the confirmation email, then got a call from him that they made him pay cash for the order. Charged me TWICE for one meal. I called her, told her it was paid for thru the app like I did dozens of times before, and she wouldn't reimburse. My husband went in and tried showing her the confirmation email as proof (and our bank acct) but she wouldn't look. I'll send the boys to the McD's by 355, it's better food anyways. And corporate will be called.

There was no Minecraft meal when they had it on the menu I got one cold set of fries and they were cold and burnt never go to this place there was a swear word on my paper bag.The girl harassed me I hate that this girl punched me.

Trash. Rude employees. Horrible quality. It would be an absolute miracle if they ever got your order right. For what they are charging for this garbage it could at least be right. Avoid at all costs. They should just get around to using robots and fire all these sub par humans they git working here. Absolute garbage restaraunt.

Past 3 times ive been here ive had a distasteful experience. Called last week to get some food replaced because the fries were mostly undercooked/raw in the middle. They were almost completely white on the outside..The nuggets tasted very strange/greasy/burnt and i got HI-C instead of fanta but i didn’t even mention the soda.. They told me ask for Jacqueline. I sent my dad back today with the sticky receipt with the name written on it so he could remember, and they said that no Jacqueline worked there and that was the wrong receipt.. Mind you, “Jacqueline” never asked me to bring a receipt at all, she just told me come back and mention her name and rushed me off the phone. So they didn’t replace the food. My dad still spent money there and some of the fries were undercooked, again. Not as bad as last time but still not good. The lack of manners/courtesy from some of the associates at this location is a turn off alone. A few weeks before this I ordered a shamrock shake and asked the cashier nicely if he could do half sham/chocolate. He charged me $.50 for it, even though it was obviously no trouble and he wasn’t doing anything else at the time. I get that all the time and no other location has ever told me i have to pay for it. Is it worth being petty for that $.50 or to keep the order of fries you messed up when you lose a customer? Just wondering.

Always have to wait twice as long or more compared to other McDonalds in the area. On top of it the food is not fresh for the long wait.

Manager is telling people at the drive-through that the place is closed. 30 minutes prior to closing. If it is truly closed, you should update your hours of service.

They have trouble getting orders right, claim it is the customer. Get rid of that double drive through window and they MIGHT fix part of the problem
