The pizza was ok, not bad. It was WAY overpriced. It was close to $60 for 1 large and 1 medium. Not worth it for that much money.

We placed an order for a pizza, wings and two sides - onion rings and fries. Pizza and wings were good but my guests and I 100% think we were given day old fries and onion rings. Super stale. Disappointing!

The night before I'm leaving for vacation I figured we would just order pizza to make it easier. Well, $100.71 later, we ordered two deep dish pizzas...they were absolutely horrible!!! The dough was still practically raw, it had barley any crisp to it and it was like mush. I didn't have time to do a return abd or have them possibly get us a new order as we didn't have the time to wait. So so disappointed, they use to be really good, but I most likely will not be back !! Come in do better!!!

The pizza was on point but the $12 Cesar salad was JUST lettuce!! Then they told us two 2 liters would be $7 total ($3.50 each) but then charged us $13 for them! I love Nancy’s so much but won’t be back to this location again.

Nothing like calling to place an order and being left on hold for almost 15 minutes before they just hang up. Not worth it.
They also shut off online ordering early consistently. It's almost like they don't want your business.

They don’t call in advance letting you know it’s going to a much longer delivery time wait since they are short staffed. I had to call them after an hour to get an update, the staff answering the phones response is were busy and will leave soon.

I have to give it this rating for now because the thin crust pizza just wasn't a hit for me. To start, I ordered the Uncle Tony special, which is sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. Normally I order my pizza well done to ensure its fully cooked, however, trying a new place I was trying it as is. With that being said, it was a little under cooked for my liking. I also would've preferred more sauce, but again I wanted to try the pizza as is. The sausage and pepperoni was plentiful on the pizza, the cheese did what I expected pull wise, the crust was ok for thin crust. I'm going to give the deep dish a try the next time I go, and hopefully I'll have a better experience, or just make sure to get my pizza well done next time to ensure it's cooked like I prefer.
