I normally love the food here, But the prices are extreme for their small portions. I got buttered tortellini and it was 12.50 for 8 freaking noodles! ONLY 8! Safe to say, not overpaying for pasta again. Coulda made myself an entire bag for less than that. Ridiculous?

i got here at 9:45 and they close at 10 and they “already closed and couldn’t serve us anything anyway because they broke all the machines” like why are u closing down when it’s still 15 mins before closing like i’m hungry

I am extremely disappointed. I am a father of two young girls one of them has Tourette’s syndrome, this is an illness where my daughter is not able to control what she says or does. My daughters love noodles and company and when I took them to celebrate getting out of school one of your employees made fun of her! My daughter has frequent spasms and blurts out words, and a young lady in her late teens to possibly early twenties with blonde hair started laughing at my daughter and started twitching herself and I overheard her tell another employee “ what a weirdo”. This is so heartbreaking and disturbing. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with this generation but you need to talk to your employees about how they act. My daughter already gets bullied enough and now she just got bullied at her favorite place, this always felt like a safe environment we’d go to after school but now I fear I can no longer bring my daughter back because of the trauma your employee gave my daughter! DO BETTER NOODLES AND COMPANY!! by the way you need to get a hold of your frequent bug problems!

Not only did they not have the food ready at the designated time and told me to " come back" when it was ready they left off an entire item out of only four total items. What a waste of time and money
I placed an online order for pickup. Once my order said it was complete I went to pick it up but when I arrived was told “we just ran out of tortellini and I’d have to open a new bag to make your order. Is there anything else you would want cuz we’d have to throw it at the end of the night and I don’t want to do that.” I said I wanted what I ordered and paid for and she said “I’ll see what I can do”. Then made my food finally even though my order was supposedly already complete. I will probably not be ordering from the location again.

My dad and I got food poisoning from this location. Neither of us were puking or anything like that, just horrendous stomach cramps and diarrhea. It’s been 2 days and I can barely get out of bed without experiencing excruciating pain around my waist.
