Can someone please explain why it smells like literal sewer garbage in there? Would never eat in there.

I recently ordered a salad from Noodles and Company and was quite disappointed. The salad arrived with old, yellow, and wilted greens, making it unappetizing. Additionally, for $15, the portion size did not meet my expectations. I’ve enjoyed your other dishes, so this experience was a letdown. I hope you can improve the quality in the future!

Okay I never write reviews but I am going out of my way to say that this is, hands down, the best noodles location. I am someone who frequently craves noodles & co (😅😅) and have been disappointed by the 2 locations near my home lately. But this location is ALWAYS on point. Always hot. Always enough sauce and veggies. Always tastes freshly made, no matter what time of day. Rice Krispies are always gooey and not dried out and hard. Other locations need to take notes. Give all the staff raises.

Ordered on Uber Eats and they didn’t send me my drinks and wrote on the receipt “pay for it first :)”. Which is confusing because it was an online order that was completed.

there was a small issue with my order that was quickly realized, upon receiving a phone call I was told that my order would be covered and it was handled very professionally! as a business owner myself I always appreciate outstanding customer service and Kizzie was nothing but pleasant, she turned a downfall into a positive experience and should be recognized for that thanks again 👍🏼

Their soda machine was broken and there were no napkins in the dispenser. Three employees working but it took forever for the two of us. 1 pm on a Thursday.

Shout out to the wonderful crew today. I messed up my order and no questions asked they fixed it and were very helpful. Really appreciate service like this.
I normally love the food here, But the prices are extreme for their small portions. I got buttered tortellini and it was 12.50 for 8 freaking noodles! ONLY 8! Safe to say, not overpaying for pasta again. Coulda made myself an entire bag for less than that. Ridiculous?

6 people working and just talking in the back. Couldn’t be bothered to greet anyone as they walked in. My food was waiting behind the counter for over 10 minutes because nobody would acknowledge me

i got here at 9:45 and they close at 10 and they “already closed and couldn’t serve us anything anyway because they broke all the machines” like why are u closing down when it’s still 15 mins before closing like i’m hungry

I am extremely disappointed. I am a father of two young girls one of them has Tourette’s syndrome, this is an illness where my daughter is not able to control what she says or does. My daughters love noodles and company and when I took them to celebrate getting out of school one of your employees made fun of her! My daughter has frequent spasms and blurts out words, and a young lady in her late teens to possibly early twenties with blonde hair started laughing at my daughter and started twitching herself and I overheard her tell another employee “ what a weirdo”. This is so heartbreaking and disturbing. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with this generation but you need to talk to your employees about how they act. My daughter already gets bullied enough and now she just got bullied at her favorite place, this always felt like a safe environment we’d go to after school but now I fear I can no longer bring my daughter back because of the trauma your employee gave my daughter! DO BETTER NOODLES AND COMPANY!! by the way you need to get a hold of your frequent bug problems!
