I recently ordered a salad from Noodles and Company and was quite disappointed. The salad arrived with old, yellow, and wilted greens, making it unappetizing. Additionally, for $15, the portion size did not meet my expectations. I’ve enjoyed your other dishes, so this experience was a letdown. I hope you can improve the quality in the future!

Okay I never write reviews but I am going out of my way to say that this is, hands down, the best noodles location. I am someone who frequently craves noodles & co (😅😅) and have been disappointed by the 2 locations near my home lately. But this location is ALWAYS on point. Always hot. Always enough sauce and veggies. Always tastes freshly made, no matter what time of day. Rice Krispies are always gooey and not dried out and hard. Other locations need to take notes. Give all the staff raises.

Ordered on Uber Eats and they didn’t send me my drinks and wrote on the receipt “pay for it first :)”. Which is confusing because it was an online order that was completed.

there was a small issue with my order that was quickly realized, upon receiving a phone call I was told that my order would be covered and it was handled very professionally! as a business owner myself I always appreciate outstanding customer service and Kizzie was nothing but pleasant, she turned a downfall into a positive experience and should be recognized for that thanks again 👍🏼
Their soda machine was broken and there were no napkins in the dispenser. Three employees working but it took forever for the two of us. 1 pm on a Thursday.

I normally love the food here, But the prices are extreme for their small portions. I got buttered tortellini and it was 12.50 for 8 freaking noodles! ONLY 8! Safe to say, not overpaying for pasta again. Coulda made myself an entire bag for less than that. Ridiculous?
