I am rarely one to complain about service after more than a decade in hospitality but I’ve learned when the issue is patiently raised and you don’t address it fairly, that’s what will happen. We ordered from the Oasis site directly so that they wouldn’t have to share margin with Uber. May have been the wrong choice.
