I am rarely one to complain about service after more than a decade in hospitality but I’ve learned when the issue is patiently raised and you don’t address it fairly, that’s what will happen. We ordered from the Oasis site directly so that they wouldn’t have to share margin with Uber. May have been the wrong choice. We ordered 3 simple items- elote, loaded steak nachos, guac and chips around 7pm. Order experience - seamless and minimal steps. Paid, delivery estimate a matter of less than an hour. Beyond that- problems.
1) they shorted our order the guac and chips but never notified us they were out (restaurant blamed the delivery driver)
I will note I called right away and they admitted they weren’t sure how to contact us by phone so they asked the driver to request us to ask for a refund to which they were more than happy to oblige - our driver dumped and run so we didn’t know.
2) the worst part- we were so focused on the missing order item we opened the nachos to reveal cold sloppy and steak-less nachos. To which we had to call again. Again- I understand a busy Friday night and try to be patient and allow them to fix it. We all make mistakes in haste. The offer- we will just refund you. I asked to re order because it was our dinner plan - we were told we can order by phone and pick up or order on mobile to get delivery but they couldn’t handle. Not a we will happily get your correct order over, no - I am so sorry how can we make it right
I expect nothing free, just right when paid for and Oasis didn’t live up to it. It’s disappointing because we wanted to support local. Upscale pricing and presentation wasn’t upheld in service.
My recommendation- go in and give them their chance to be the judge - hopefully in restaurant service is better and controlled quality. But don’t order out.

So glad we found this place ! It’s beautifully decorated for Christmas (jaw dropping kind of decorating), the food is incredible, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the staff was top notch . My new fav place !!!

Had a great dinner! Me and my wife enjoyed our food especially the drinks. She had the sex on the beach and I el fuego tulum. Will return again and will ask for our server Jennifer who recommended both drinks and gave us exceptional service!

Cocktails were great, we all loved the Christmas deco. Chloe took great care of us, made sure to check in on us and confirm we never needed anything else.
