Ordered delivery from here for my work lunch and I specifically requested utensils. I did not receive any utensils, unsure of how I am supposed to eat a soup without a utensils!!! Not to mention they didn’t give me any napkins.. I thought every place will give you napkins with your food order… not impressed and will not order again.

I had such a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Hannah! She had amazing customer service skills—friendly, cheerful, and genuinely happy to help. My order was perfectly accurate, and she made sure everything came out just right. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and Hannah’s positive attitude really stood out. The food was delicious as always, and her great service made the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping in if you want great food and friendly faces like Hannah’s!

Patrick and the staff on Thursday night was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I am completely messed up my order on the kiosk and they were able to remake it for me and we’re super pleasant and sweet about it . They tried so hard to make it perfect and they absolutely did!

Dirty silverware and they didn't restock the plastic silverware, no paged available at the self checkout kiosk. Flies are flying around inside the dining area.

Location is great with a nice outside patio, food was good wait was a bit on the longer side but the reason this rating is a 3 is because of the prices and how high they have gotten. The food you get for the amount you pay for is a bit wild to be honest.
