To the management of the Panera in Lockport, Illinois.
I visited your drive-through today for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I placed the order at 10:40AM. when I pulled forward and paid for my order a total of $13.07, left a two dollar tip. I was told to pull forward. They’re still working on the sandwich. It will be ready shortly. Keep in mind I was waiting about two minutes for the vehicle ahead of me after I place the order. I pulled forward and sat for another seven minutes. At that time now I had to get going because I have a workout session with a personal trainer. I left and called the Panera location in Lockport and advised them of what was going on. I told them to donate my order and remove my telephone number from their system. I will never visit this location again nor will I ever recommend it. Our family’s been frustrated with the service at this Panera on several occasions and enough is enough. When you spend your hard earned money to order food service should be decent, not substandard as this.
Angelica and her team were really great. I was just very impressed with their level of politeness and care that we were enjoying our food.
Ordered a Cheesesteak sandwich, what I got was a pimento and cheese hit heavy on the pimento. Terrible sandwich won’t be coming back.
I absolutely love Panera Bread. But this location has gone to shit. They always screw up my soup and today I received a MOLDY piece of bread and my bread bowl was harder than a brick. Like the word Bread is in your name. And you have the nerve to give me moldy, hard bread. Such a frustrating evening.
This location is so horrible and their service sucks. They messed up my order and at first just wanted me to refund it. but then when they fixed it after I argued, they messed it up. and didn’t give me my side. plus the delivery was longer than expected. they gave me the wrong cheese too. I was so sad. Ruben was chill tho! But as a sip club member, i expected more

the food is top tier but omg the service....Yes they are alll sweet but I cannot tell you the amount of times I sat there sitting, completely missing half of my lunch hour, waiting for the line to move. Please do something about this slow service. Hire more, train better, etc. It is completely ridiculous

Worst experience ever here. As a local for many years I come here quite often and enjoy staying in the cafe of occasionally using the app for takeout. The app was down, no problem. Go inside to order on the kiosk and that’s having an issue. Okay no problem, so we go to order up front. The Manager Olga took our order and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, had to repeat things multiple times because she couldn’t find the buttons. Anyway, of course she missed multiple things on our $50+ order so I had to verify with the kitchen staff that it would be made correct. Only to find out that she had put our order for dine in and didn’t even try spelling my name that I spelled out letter for letter for her since I know it can be difficult. 30 minutes later I go to check on my order which of course had been sitting out so I had told them that I specifically asked for to go since it was just me and my boyfriend picking up multiple orders. They took everything and packaged it to go, I made sure to check everything was good to go only to find out our bowl of Mac and cheese was half full, the sandwich was missing olives the salad had the dressing on it which I specifically asked for it on the side and they gave me a green and hard apple. Not a problem, I had kindly asked that they fix my order…. They said they could redo the salad and give me my sandwich topping on the side but the rest they cannot do because the “Mac and cheese was proportioned” we grabbed the cup size bowl before we left to see how much more we were actually getting for the extra payment but realized it was only a small spoonful more. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and experience. I understand having to wait due to the system and having additional orders but all I expect when waiting 30+ minutes for our food is for it to at least be correct.

Ty fulfilled my order placed at the Kiosk. I thought I ordered a mac n cheese among other items. Ty asked what I ordered and didn't bat an eye when he noticed that I didn't actually add the mac n cheese to my order by mistake, he put one in my bag as if I'd ordered it. He actually didn't even tell me it was not part of my order, he just humbly put it in my bag on the house! I am a loyal customer and it really touched me that I was treated so well even though Ty didn't know I was so loyal a customer. Ty made a difference in my day today. He inspired me to want to pass on the good deed. First I wanted to take the time to write this review because hope in humanity is very much needed today. Let's all make the world a better place by random acts of kindness like Ty performed today. I am thankful.
Went through the drive thru. Bag ripped open as they were handing me my food. Seemed in a rush even though there were no other cars.
Very disappointed. This was a take out order. I ordered a Cesar salad and a Mac and cheese. Got home to find there was no dressing on the salad. 😡 Who likes plan lettuce? Also the Mac n cheese container was only half fully. Good thing my granddaughter isn’t a big eat. The bread was good. Not a good value for $13.
