Ty fulfilled my order placed at the Kiosk. I thought I ordered a mac n cheese among other items. Ty asked what I ordered and didn't bat an eye when he noticed that I didn't actually add the mac n cheese to my order by mistake, he put one in my bag as if I'd ordered it. He actually didn't even tell me it was not part of my order, he just humbly put it in my bag on the house! I am a loyal customer and it really touched me that I was treated so well even though...
Very disappointed. This was a take out order. I ordered a Cesar salad and a Mac and cheese. Got home to find there was no dressing on the salad. 😡 Who likes plan lettuce? Also the Mac n cheese container was only half fully. Good thing my granddaughter isn’t a big eat. The bread was good. Not a good value for $13.
I think Panera is awesome because they have really tasty food that’s also kinda healthy. Their sandwiches, soups, and salads are so good, and they use fresh ingredients. Plus, it’s a great place to chill. And their bakery items are perfect for a sweet treat. Overall, it’s just a rad place to grab a bite and relax. The cozy atmosphere makes it even better.
