The food a year ago was awful the people that worked there were always upset. Now I have been coming for the past week and everything is fantastic finally can get some Popeyes. The staff is working now is awesome

Today I was in the drive thru 20 minutes, no one took my order, had to leave go back to work. This is not the first time this happened to me at that location. They should close the facility it's been terrible since they opened

BE WARNED!!! The barbecue sauce I have gotten today tasted like burnt chemicals and plastic. Food was eh okay I guess... but this is just unacceptable... Can't wait for the Chick Fil A to open!!

Food was good. The manager, Miguel, is the best. He took my order a couple if days before needed. Changed the order per my request the next day. He is very considerate and helpful. The order was correct. No issues here.

I've been visiting this Popeyes in Lockport, Illinois a couple of times a week while working on a building downtown. I have to say, it's the best Popeyes I've ever been to! The chicken is always perfect, and I'm genuinely going to miss it when I leave town.

Went here after going to the gym with my buddy, we arrived at 10:30 ish, I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and the morning after I started feeling super sick and was violently vomiting for the next few hours, prior to eating here I ate nothing else

I never write reviews on anything, but today I ordered a 3p tender combo and after eating all of my barely fried chicken, I saw a bug crawling out of my fries. I sadly didn’t get a picture of the bug because I rushed out of there. I will never be returning ❤️
