I ordered fish sandwich meal, but they brought me a chicken sandwich meal. The chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries were undercooked and cold to touch. My son had chicken strips and a pretzel and said everything was real good. Wife has pulled pork sandwich and said it was just meh.

I drive about 35 minutes to come to this location. I always order slushs and sides. The food and drink is always fantastic. The service is very okay. I do tend to come later in the evening but they're usually open until 11. Today I made it at 10:30pm and was told they were closed. I didn't argue because that would go nowhere. I'm just disappointed and feel a little lied to. I will probably continue coming here but I'm still disappointed.

The worst 2 hotdogs I ever had. Unbelievable my chili dog had 3 beans in it that's how thin the chili spread was and the all American dog had more relish than anything else. How complicated is it to make these hotdogs ? Damm shame l used to like Sonic ,hopefully it's only the one in Lockport that has zero quality control.

If you're closed during your normal business hours, you should put a sign up saying so. Pretty bad when there are cars in the spots at 930 am and you press the button and still after 5 minutes there is no response, no service, and no food. Just my opinion though.

Absolutely terrible. The food is mediocre, but my daughter and I love the pretzels and cheese. The last FOUR TIMES we have ordered, they leave out the cheese, despite requesting it (even though it’s supposed to just come with it). I’ve tried calling literally all day to ask if they could make sure to include it this time, no answer. Took a chance, and again, no cheese. I wasn’t going to review, but they are still not answering the phones. Never again.

We never eat here, but we LOVE the slushes! If you order in the app the slushes are half off which is a SUPER deal! The lemonade slush is so refreshing on a super hot day!

Was just there absolutely disgusted by the attitudes of the teenagers working there right now. The guy taking my order was basically whispering and kept shoving the food and drinks in my hand. I was so shocked I asked him to read me my order bc I couldn't hear him and he got an attitude. Also asked for a meal and he didn't give me a meal so everything was wrong. Never in my life has this ever happened to me but someone need to get those kids in check. Absolutely disgusting.

Went to sonics today. Ordered ahead on the app. Still waited for 15 minutes after I got there to get our order. Then "Mr Personality" Matt was our car hop. He handed my my order and didn't even acknowledge me. AND I tipped ahead of time. Someone should teach Matt some manners. We went to Culver's after and had zero problems. Orders at the drive through, was greeted pleasantly and served quickly. Sonic should send their employees to Culver's to be trained. Or just fire Matt
