What a total waste of 25 minutes of my life. 25 minute wait for 2 drinks??? Orders weren't taken care of in the order they came in. Just done at random. I had 3 people come in after I already put my order in and paid. All 3 got their coffee and drinks before me. Also, why the hell would you make my hot sandwich and give it to me 15 minutes before you even made my coffee???

I asked for a drink with specific ingredients. The lady sounded surprised for the mixture of Ingredients that I wanted in MY drink. Then she was just like. Oh I don’t have raspberry foam.
No suggestions, not even interested in giving any other options or interested to ask more about my order.
This was suppose to be a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe. When the Barista handed me the frappe, I asked for it to be remade because it looks nothing like the drink I always order. It was remade the same exact way!!! It tastes nothing like it’s suppose to be. The excuse I was given was “all ingredients are in the cup”. I will be taking my business to a different Starbucks as this was the last time I order from this location. This location is always busy and super slow!...read full review
