Today, March 21, 2025 just like every week, I got my high schooler and her friend coffee. A nice and polite boy took our order . We got our 2 coffees, paid and even gave them a tip, when this lady in her 40's asked that we be polite, and less annoyed when placing the order... ?? I was sure she had confused us with some else, and asked what did she mean? she accused us of being impolite and rude when placing the order, I told her that I felt insulted for being accused of something that was completely untrue.. two other employees where sarcastically smiling. I told this lady that I was a frequent customer and felt offended by her accusations! she simply said OK.
I told her that I would not be back to this location again, she just said .. Ok Don't. :-( This is so SAD!
Me and my children have enjoyed Starbucks for Decades and never had a bad experience prior to today! SAD, SAD!

Horrible customer service, especially when THEY make a mistake. It seems a lot of people complain about this same thing. Maybe there should be consequences starbucks??? Or you could keep charging crazy prices for crappy service.

THIS is the only Starbucks that DOES NOT have peppermint. How does this company advertise HOLIDAY flavors to include peppermint yet never have it?! I can go to any other location and it doesn’t matter if it’s the middle of June or middle of December and peppermint is available. This location? It’s like it doesn’t exist. I only come here with my husband who drinks a latte, so I always try, but it never fails, peppermint is “out at the moment”…I will drive to Lemont just to avoid this location.

They dont know what “light ice” means. They fill the entire cup full of ice every single time and its so annoying

I always ordered online,but after several times of asking for no foam on my latte, I decided to walk in and mention it to staff the it was not what I ordered, at first they fix it for me and it was ok, twice, but afterwards I thought maybe it’s a bother, they got an attitude about it or didn’t do it right,today i thought of giving them one more chance and I asked the person if she could please make it without foam, and im not kidding when I say almost half had foam, I looked at it and resign myself to not coming back, because 9 times out of 10 it was either a bother or not done, just thought i share!! Pictures don’t lie!!$7.00 for foam everytime!!

This Starbucks location has the Clover Vertica method of brewing coffee. This method grinds and brews a cup of coffee. This is my second experience with this style of brewing. I must say that this machine has been calibrated to the correct amount of ingredients to make a great tasting coffee. The bottom of our coffee cups had no residual coffee grounds. My first experience at 109 Town Centre Drive Johnstown, Pennsylvania with this brewing style wasn’t favorable at all. I didn’t realize coffee could taste this good using this brewing style. I’m happy that I was open to giving it another try. Everyone at this location is very friendly! ❤️

I came to Starbucks in Lockort on Friday before Memorial Day I had the pleasure of being served by Terrilynn she was extraordinarily helpful and very personal. A patron was having difficulty with his payment she was patient and calm. Starbucks needs to praise and know what type of employees they have. A shoutout also to Tim who stayed on top of all those orders that where coming in and smiling the whole time. Those are the employees who deserves major tips!Thank you well done!

Rude and disrespectful employees

I enjoy seeing the employees have fun while working, BUT, a lot of us come here to work/study or even just relax & If I have my headphones on at FULL volume I shouldn't be able to hear the employees.There's days where every 5 minutes I hear an extremely loud laugh/screeching or yelling when they could just talk to each other normally.
