Takes way too long for over priced coffee. 15 minutes for one coffee is silly!

Spent almost $40 order and they made my coffee undrinkablely awful. Went back to a line around the building. Not everyone has time to wait around in that line again after messing up my coffee the first time. Not to mention the phone is off the hook. I guess they really don’t care about customer service. Now I’m out $12 from the original awful coffee because I had to go get another coffee else where!!!!!

Management of Starbucks, whoever reading this. Give my girl sofi a raise. She for real carries this Starbucks. She is easily the nicest employee and has remembered me each time i came through her drive through asked me how i was doing and gives me the biggest smile. It always starts my day off really good when i see sofi

I stopped in after a long overnight shift to purchase coffee and a sandwich. The double smoked was sold out. Anthony apologized and I even joked about not needing it due to eating a whopper like 4 hrs earlier. We chucked, he prepared my coffee and called me by name to pick it up. Anthony then apologized again for the sandwich of my choice being sold out. Thank you for being so kind Anthony, it really goes a long way. You never know what people are going through. It truly makes a difference, thanks again.

Today, March 21, 2025 just like every week, I got my high schooler and her friend coffee. A nice and polite boy took our order . We got our 2 coffees, paid and even gave them a tip, when this lady in her 40's asked that we be polite, and less annoyed when placing the order... ?? I was sure she had confused us with some else, and asked what did she mean? she accused us of being impolite and rude when placing the order, I told her that I felt insulted for being accused of something that was completely untrue.. two other employees where sarcastically smiling. I told this lady that I was a frequent customer and felt offended by her accusations! she simply said OK.
I told her that I would not be back to this location again, she just said .. Ok Don't. :-( This is so SAD!
Me and my children have enjoyed Starbucks for Decades and never had a bad experience prior to today! SAD, SAD!

Horrible customer service, especially when THEY make a mistake. It seems a lot of people complain about this same thing. Maybe there should be consequences starbucks??? Or you could keep charging crazy prices for crappy service.
