Did not like the fact that 3 Subways stores in my area would NOT honor my coupons that was sent out to me in the mail . Im not prejudice or racist but ever since the 3 stores run by hindo's/ Indian its always been not a good experience. I and my kid brother have been going to Subway stores for years.

Veggies were sitting there dry, you can't see them make the sandwich during the meat/cheese stage. Soda machine out of order. Previous reviews from months ago mentioned out of service soda.. Cookies were extremely hard. I understand there was only 1 person, but he definitely is rude, not only to me, but the people that was in front of me. Place overall is horrible. Will not be back.

Robinson Rd Lockport NY location is the best location in Lockport, the others usually have one employee and run out of bread before closing time!

Very dirty. Pop machine out of order. Oven was out of order. Bathrooms very dirty. Veggies looked like they were sitting there for a week. The employee was very rude when I didn’t answer his question fast enough. WOW this subway is very disgusting. I won’t be back here EVER.

Ouch. Same as everyone else. Can't see food as they are preparing it. Employee had earbuds in so messed up our order. Poor quality food, no working soda machine, 3 olives on a sandwich, unhappy employee (only one there). Will not go back. Better Subway choice is in Crest Hill on Larkin and Rt 30.

It's a location that the franchise owner is pinching every penny at the cost of quality and freshness. My footlong sandwich has 4 small old grainy tomato slices with more gaps than tomato in the sandwich and I ordered a regular amount, not less. Cucumbers are so old they're translucent and slimy. The lettuce has brown edges. Employee isn't friendly, they're not rude, but it makes the customer feel like I'm bothering them.

Whomever the guy is that works here... NEEDS TO GO. My sandwich was as thin as you can make it. This guy puts barely anything on it. When I asked for a little more, he gave me the most dirtiest look you can and was pissed that he had to do it.

There was too many 1 stars so I didn’t want my review to get passed by lmao food was good but I was able to see he wasn’t in a good mood. I asked for napkins and he handed me 3 and said “that’s it”…I was cool until he told me “that’s it” lmao I had the meatball sandwich which can get messy real quick. But as I sat down, I knew I had to check reviews to see for myself and it’s been a hilarious 5 minutes of reading all of your reviews and even the fake ones. I always gave a tip on the machines when it asks no matter where I’m at but I’ve never clicked “no tip” so fast in my life lmao I find it crazy reading reviews of his bad attitude from 2-3 years ago and they are STILL open. Cookie was hard too smh. Anyways, the meatball sandwich was good. Warm and the marinara was flavorful. I will probably come back, but I’ll also come here in a bad mood and see if he can out bad mood me lmao

The employees are always in a bad mood and make bread sandwiches. I was told their microwave wasn't working for the bacon, so my whole sandwich had to be toasted (which I didn't want toasted). My 12in sub had the equivalent to one olive on it. And the 6in had two stands of onion. All the other ingredients were minimal. I love Subway but this location constantly disappoints and my family and I will no longer be going to this one.

I just went there and i think his name is sam I felt unwelcome because he didn't even greet me then told me to hold on for about 6/7 minutes! he was in the back... doing i dont know what... I was about to walk out, but my 30 minute lunch break was almost over ... then he was giving me attitude.. worst place and plus the bathroom is Disgusting.

We will not return to this place ever again. I love subway but this place in particular is unpleasant. The man who is serving serves very small portions and you ask for more and he shakes his head, annoyed. It is sad that they have people serving with a bad mood. I will not return.
