Will never go here again. First time here and I place a mobile order. I pulled up to the window and give my name and she tells me to pull up. After waiting for the cars in front of me she asks my name again and she leaves only to come back and tell me that the kfc/taco bell doesn't do mobile orders for taco bell. So I tried to order something and she tells me I have to go back to the beginning of the line because I can't place an order at the window. We'll if you did your job and actually looked up my order at the window instead of just hearing my name and telling me to move up to the pickup window we wouldn't of had this issue and she wouldn't take my order. Please do your job instead of taking the lazy way out and then not fixing it when if you tried to look up the order when I said my name I would of gotten my food ordered at the window. Horrible customer service. No wonder why this place is 2 stars.

Worst Taco Bell around. If you go in they won’t take your order or acknowledge you for several minutes. Another time I went I waited 20 minutes for food to later learn they forgot to make it so until I reminded them. It’s never clean, the ceiling leaks by the window but it’s not roped off, my order is rarely correct, and the staff is rude as hell. It’s better to go to New Lenox or Homer Glen if you want Taco Bell.

I ordered my food and they didn’t give me a Chalupa and gave me taco with barely any meat and another taco was spilt in half. I went back to get it remade and they re made my food and forgot another taco. The big guy cook needs to pay attention better and learn how to do his job.

So I'm upsetting that they never ever have the delivery service turned on. Ever. So now we need to go a town over just to go get it. We pay for it like everyone else. They losing a lot of money by not doing this.

Hello!! i’m vegan. they put meat on my vegan supreme crunch wrap supreme. it was far from extreme. this one didn’t even land in the ball park. I was so excited for this taco bell i even sat by the door waiting for it to arrive. Now you are probably thinking why would a vegan go to taco bell. Because taco bell is good af. i was your number one supporter. not anymore. as a vegan, and a big back this is absolutely insane. I called maybes 10 time to give you guys a piece of my mind. lucky you for not answering. i wouldn't wanna handle these flames either. Now Lucky for you guys Jesus told me i have to forgive and be nice about this. next time you might not be so lucky. Just know us vegans are trying to strive. but when a surprise meat ends up in our mouth it’s petrifying. had to make up for this by making a mukbang of me eating cucumbers. every night i’ll have to go to sleep with this feeling. Now has Jesus said. i forgive you guys, and i love you. -big back vegan out!!!!!

As a loyal taco bell customer, i have to say i have officially felt true heart break like no other today. the potato taco truly changed my life. it brought me peace and happiness and never failed to put a smile on my face. As my mother asked me what i wanted from taco bell, i felt butterflies in my stomach. "A potato taco" i said. i tracked her on life360 as she went to taco bell, eager to have my potato taco. She came home and started unbagging the delightful tacos. As she handed them out, thats when i realized I was missing one particular taco. "Where is my potato taco?" I asked desperately. She looks into the bag, "there's no potato taco". and thats when my life ended. I felt my heart ripping to shreds, frozen in shock. I urgently called taco bell twice in hopes they would be able to reunite me and my potato taco, but there was no answer. I felt helpless. I felt voiceless. I don't know if i will ever be the same again. How am i supposed to trust anyone ever again? I will spend the rest of my life yearning for the potato taco. Taco bell, you broke my heart💔
