I am so disappointed to have been a customer of this tropical smoothie. I ordered a açaí bowl. Never tasted something so simple to make, taste so underwhelming. The açaí was full of ice, big huge chunks of granola, as if they just gave me a barely crumbled granola bar. Rotten bananas, and I asked for Peanut butter drizzle and they gave me a big glob of peanut butter, it basically saturated the whole bowl. I was visiting the neighborhood and on my way back north. Otherwise, I would turned around and went to go request for a refund. A waste of time and money. Deep Purple has the best açaí bowls, fruit is always fresh and everything neatly fits into a cup. Negative 5 stars if I could.

i live 20 minutes away, there’s a tropical by me but no tropical does it like this tropical!!! i go out of my way to come here. The girls that work during the day are so friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a huge smile and sometimes a wave. makes me feel welcomed and that they want to make sure i have a good experience, which i always do. love this location and the girls that work

This is a simple review for me. I simply love this place! The chicken bacon ranch flatbread with the sweet potatoes...throw in a berry smoothie or an island green smoothie...yes yes yes. Keep an eye out for them coupons! 😎
I ordered two Acai bowl through the app and I picked NO bananas and extra strawberries, tonight when I got handed my bad, both had bananas, I went back through the drive through to let her know and her “ Sigh” was so uncalled for, she told me to come back to the window, I gave her the bag back and she proceeded to tell me the sticker did not say no bananas but the app did she gave me the bag back and told me sorry and didn’t fix either one of the bowls. Paying $27.00 and not being able to eat it due to bananas is absurd to me all bc she didn’t want to remake it.

Im not sure why the staff doesn't notice that the cilantro is black and rotten, it happens often. In addition to that, the last time i was here, there was a chicken heart mixed un the chicken breast, and the time before that a long hair was found in the salad. I feel like crying because I love tropical smoothie.

I used to love coming to this location but i’ve noticed that every time i come it’s a bad experience. The girls at the window are always very rude and i feel like im doing them a disservice by even ordering food. Today i went and got a ceaser chicken wrap and it was completely cold. The chicken was half frozen and overall it was very disgusting. The girl at the window said “here” and pretty much threw the wrap at me before slamming the windows closed. For a 10 dollar wrap I expect for it not to be frozen and not to be thrown my food
