I will never eat here ever again. I ordered food the girl who took my order was immediately rude. I asked her name at the window and said she was being very rude and the employee told me "to go kill myself". I'm pregnant and came here for a quick lunch will never recommend this place ever. Can't blame the girl I would hate my life too if I worked at tropical smoothie.

We did not like the smoothie. It was powdery, and tasted like a watered-down banana smoothie (I ordered blueberry bliss: blueberry, strawberry, and banana). I do not recommend going here. The man at the counter was hot though.

Usually it's good but today my drink was only 3/4 full. When I asked the server about it, she said that it's because they use a lot of dry powder in the drink. If I'm paying over 8 dollars after tax for a smoothie and it's supposed to be 20 ounces that I want 20 ounces not 16. Thanks

Office Ordered 4 Wraps and a grilled Cheese and 3 smoothies.We put name on the lists but they screwed up all Wraps, all Lettuce looked old and soggy . Very Sad Sorry but won't order from here again. How could the whole order get messed up. AND I did not eat but 2 bites and felt sick.

Don't get me wrong me wrong, we all enjoyed our smoothies. They were delicious and loved all the add-on options. However, I'm not quite sure having "smoothie" in the cafe's title when each smoothie we ordered was so full of large ice chunks that we had to individually re-blend each smoothie at home. Sort of defeats the purpose of going out instead of just making our own like usual. The food was just mediocre, so the crunchy smoothies were unfortunate.

I've been one of the very first most loyal customers to this business from the beginning the morning workers no longer write your supplements on the side of your smoothie causing a major problems when I bring multiple smoothies to customers/coworkers they are accusing this place of not putting the supplements inside, I asked the worker if it was company policy to write each supplement on the side of the smoothie when purchased she told me NO we no longer do that service and she was too BUSY (10 Am) (no one in the store no one in line) It's the little things Like this adding up that makes me want to walk away from this company. Would Starbucks do this or say this? This has happened multiple times however the afternoon staff ALWAYS writes Each supplement I pay for on the side of the smoothie. What gives?? Are they Lying? Why?

This location is getting 3 stars because the smoothie was good. I ordered a wrap. I asked for no pineapples and no lettuce. However, it came overloaded with both. And to make it worse, the lettuce was welted and the wrap tasted disgusting. I forced myself to eat almost half of it because I was starving. The smoothie's ingredients wa blended very well.

Placed an order online but store apparently did not have order even though I have a receipt l, order number and has been charged to my card. Store was no help and did not care about the online issue from their end. I was told by the cashier, Piper, to just call corporate. It’s absolutely ridiculous to me that a store could not care at all about helping a customer resolve an issue. Customer service was terrible. Management should address these types of issues.
