Went to the new location and AMAZING is the only word I can think to describe my experience. Fried pickles were to beyond delicious (can’t forget the Mimi sauce) John and Dominque (owners) personally came up and check on myself and the guest I was with. I can’t say enough good things, highly recommend them and make sure John is making your food 😊

We LOVE Villa Nova. We had a slight mishap last night for delivery and Dominique took immediate care of us. She professionally, lovingly and quickly handled it. She informed us that they are moving to a new and larger space hopefully before New Years. Excited for them, can’t wait to check it out.

Had a great pizza here. I got here early, and everyone was friendly: employees and fellow diners. The pizza was very good, with excellent sausage.

It was nice to get a good pizza without being rushed. 🙂🙂

I don’t know the owners name but as someone who has owned businesses and works in management this man kicks ass and produces amazing results. I’m in here once a month at minimum and they are always hustling.

Celebrated a family birthday with thirteen of us last evening. We sat in the party room. Appetizers, salad, and pizza were all delicious. Service outstanding.

Kid-friendliness: We had 5 young children. Staff was friendly with them.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of the this place. The pizza was mediocre at best. I ordered a small sausage pizza and it was very greasy with a very thin, watery sauce and large heaping chunks of sausage. The pizza was tilted at some point in transit from oven to table because the cheese had slid off the side of the pizza into a greasy lump that absorbed into the paper. Also I’m not sure if the ovens weren’t being scraped between ordered but on multiple pieces I tried I found large thick black chunks of what looked like burnt cornmeal or other ingredients from previous pizzas on the bottom of the pizza. The flavor of the sausage wasnt bad but I personally wasn’t a fan of the large chunks but to each their own. I’d have to say the highlight of the pizza was the cheese although I struggled to get much of it to stay on the pizza as the sauce was thin and runny. The server was very nice and working hard but she needed more help up front. She was greeting customers, taking table orders, helping walk-ins at the counter and taking phone orders. It was so loud in there that I could hear the cooks in the back screaming and swearing and dropping f bombs which didn’t help with first impressions, especially considering there was a family with kids sitting next to me. I felt bad for the server because she was running trying to help 2 different parties of people so I got up, paid at the counter, left the rest of the pizza and was on my way. Certainly not the worst pizza I’ve ever had but I wasn’t impressed. I heard mixed reviews about this place so I wanted to try it for myself and clearly I must have caught them on an “off night”. With that said, for the price it wasn’t a bad deal. Small sausage thin crust pizza with tax and tip came out to under $20 which is still pretty hard to find these days for a homemade pizza.(Not Papa John’s/Pizza Hut/Dominos) I would give the pizza a 6/10

Tonight was the 4th time ordering from here. First time, great pizza, old school flavors, sausage a bit different as it's bigger pieces and kind of scarce, but decent.
2nd time ordering, 16 in doubled the sausage, extra sauce, and well done, What we got was extra sauce, same sausage, and slightly well done.
3rd time 16 in doubled the sausage, extra sauce, and well done. What we got was doubled sausage, well done, and no extra sauce.
Tonight was a complete disaster. Ordered the usual 16 in doubled the sausage, extra sauce, and well done. What we got was a 12 in cheese pizza well done.
When we picked it up, it took quite some time to find our order, then we asked "this is 16in"? as it looked quite smaller than usual, and employees just gave the deer in headlights stare and said yes. So either nobody knows how to read the order ticket or the teens inside are doing nothing but messing around. But this place cannot get orders correctly. We gave more than enough chances as there can always be an off night. Tonight, last straw. It's a shame, I think if we ever would get what we ordered, would be fantastic. Had a few pieces because we were starving, but the rest goes to the racoons.

Tried it first time. Order a pizza and Caesar salad. Pizza kinda a bland and no sauce. If that is there signature taste, crust and cheese ok then. Caesar salad which they forgot to give me but came back. Honest mistake. It should be called the mount saint crouton!!! Shot glass of lettuce and 3 boxes of croutons which would be great if I was stuffing a turkey. I really wished it was better cause I lived here in Homer forever but they need to take there time on ingredient portions (sauce) and whoever is making the salads, I’m guessing he grew up hating veggies and he brought the bread. Photo to follow are one of two salads we got with zero to no lettuce.

I had Villa Nova Pizza at Military History weekend in Dellwood Park. I ordered 2 slices of sausage for $6 a slice. The slices were very dry, crust was very brittle, and there wasn't much sausage on it at all. I was hugely disappointed based on some of the reviews I have seen. I ate pizza at 11:45 am so maybe it was just held too long. I have never eaten a pizza at their restaurant or ordered takeout. This review is for the pizza I received at the event.
