Two times I have ordered a pizza and 2 fries. Two times we were told an hour. Example, I placed the order at 4:57 and was told 6:00. At 6:15 called and was told by a young lady it will be there in 10 minutes. At 6:50 I called back and the same young lady say 10 minutes. I said you said that at 6:15. Her response was would you like to speak to someone.
A older gentleman got on the phone and was rude as can be, saying well we are behind it would be about an hour and a half. I told him it’s been two hours. His response is unbelievable, “well it will be there soon.” When we finally got the pizza and fries it was ice cold and the fries were soggy and ice cold.
If you are behind explain that upfront and if you are in the weeds and customers are asking where their items are, don’t get an attitude, it’s not their fault. Just say sorry and we’ll get it to you as soon as we can.

Visited for Saturday night and it was a good time - great pizza, service and even great music (had live band). Cute atmosphere and pizza came out just like what we wanted - not overcooked. Thanks Jenny for great service!

I want to start this review with saying, every single time I've had their food, it's been phenomenal. Great pizza, salads, and sandwiches. Anywhere they happen to be around town is great. 5 stars for their food.
However, I've now dined-in at the new location 3 times in the last 6 months. Each time, the staggered food delivery has been all over the place and pretty frustrating.
My first visit in June, 2 pizzas came out 15 minutes apart. The second time in August, pizzas were delivered 20 minutes before the sandwiches, and the 2 sandwiches were delivered 5 minutes apart. Last night, a salad entree was delivered with the appetizers, while sandwiches were later delivered...25 minutes before the pizza finally showed up! I've really never seen anything like it before.
Each time, someone is either eating alone while the other person/people waits for their food. Or... they wait until the rest of the table is served and their food is cold. It makes for a frustrating group outing or date night.
The first time I assumed it was working out the kinks of the new location. The second time I gave them the benefit of the doubt to an off night. But a third time, all being months apart, it seems to be an awful habit that really should be sorted out.
Again, the food is always very much on par. The actual service has been fine. But the dine-in experience leaves a lot to be desired. Something needs to be sorted out in the kitchen. Eating TOGETHER as a group or with a date is kind of the whole point. I really hope someone reads this and it gets worked out. All the best!
Ordered a pizza, fried pickles, Ceasar salad and 2 sodas. Was told an hour and at an hour 15 I called to check on the order. I was told that it would be there in the next 10 minutes, which it was, but our order was missing items and cold. We did not receive our salad, the pizza was cold as if it had been sitting around for an hour and the pickles were all stuck together because they were so cold as well. I called back and told the young lady that I was missing items and items were cold. She had her manager Cheryl call me back which she did. I told her what was wrong and she asked what I wanted to rectify the situation. I told her that I wanted a refund and she said a credit. I said that would mean that I would have to go back to Villa Nova and she stated that it would always be there and there was no time limit, totally missing the concept that I did not want to spend money there again. I said what if I dont want to go back to your business? She said they could get a new pizza and pickles made up and sent out and the driver was already on his way back with the salad. I agreed and asked about how long it would be. She said she would call back and let me know. She called and said the pizza and pickles would be delivered by a member of the kitchen staff and that it would not be the same driver who previously forgot the items. I again asked when we should expect our food and she said she didn't know but that they wanted the pizza and pickles that had been previously delivered back when the driver showed up which I found odd. The driver showed up with the salad while we were talking so that was taken care of. Then 40 minutes after I talked to Cheryl the same driver and not a member of the kitchen staff showed up again with the pizza and pickles which were hot finally. This is the second time I've had a bad experience at Villa Nova and am very disappointed because they are usually very good. However between my previous experience, cold food, no ability to give me a time frame so I could let my hungry pregnant wife know and overall lack of concern by the manager I'm reluctant to spend my money at Villa Nova again.

Absolutely fabulous pizza and great service. Their Halloween cocktails were excellent as well. I can’t remember the name of the pizza we got (it was circled as like their signature on the menu) but we really loved it and the crust was a perfect cracker crust.
We saw them driving by on our way to Hells Gate and the parking lot was *packed* so we stopped in. We drove past around 6:50pm and came back by after the haunted house at 8:30pm. My only feedback is for them to double check their Google hours, because Google says they close at 10 but they were closing down at 9. We wouldn’t have bothered them so close to closing if we’d known! (We couldn’t find the hours posted on any windows or anything as we left, either). We’re sorry we closed you down like that but we loved our pizza!

New to the Lockport area and have been looking for a pizza restaurant and came across Villa Nova and after reading about them and checking out their photos on Google I ordered a pizza and it was phenomenal ! Thank you for a job well done 👍 I’ll be ordering from your restaurant in the near future as well. Plus it was delivered ahead of the time I was told too and was hot and fresh and a work of art…Thank you!
