Horrible service the guy who says he’s there every day and the manager try talking to you like you’re stupid and explains your daily order that you’ve come in never happens because he’s there every day. Even with free rings from the Bulls Game I’ll just pass on thank goodness there’s a Dave’s hot chicken in town now. I’ll spend my money. Dave’s hot chicken. The food’s amazing and the long lines are worth the wait. I wouldn’t take free food from this place.

Luke warm wings but that's not real problem with this place. Something hard was in 1 of my wings and when I bit down on to it... I completely broke my back molar when trying to chew my food. Take note, all my wings are supposed to be boneless. We won't get into how I was supposed to get Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan and instead got Hickory Smoked BBQ and something I don't even know what it was.
This is the 2nd time Something was weird/how things tasted. This time in cost me a tooth. I honestly think I bit down into a boned wing (which I didn't order) instead of a boneless one.

I ordered lemon pepper wings when the location was first opened. It was amazing. I just ordered some lemon wings and fries. First off $14 is crazy for 6 tiny wings but besides the point. The breading tasted like carcoal dirt dust. Almost no meat. And half of my fries were burnt to a crisp, and the other half was soggy under cooked, don’t know how you managed that one. Also Wayyyyyyy over seasoned, I may as well have took a spoonful of straight lemon pepper.

Regular wings were just ok, boneless were small, mostly breading: overcooked, and the fries were awful. I’m not sure how they aren’t embarrassed to have served these. They were soggy and burnt at the same time, they were disgusting ? it is obvious that this restaurant does not take any pride in their food.

We have ordered from here 4 or 5 times now. 50 traditional wings, 10 traditional, boneless meals. Every single time they were hot, fresh, and filled with meat! My whole family loved the food.

I have tried this place only twice. The first time me and my boyfriend got major food poisoning. I tried it again yesterday thinking that maybe it was a one time thing and that it wouldn’t happen again but I was very wrong. Both times I have eaten from here I have gotten food poisoning and it doesn’t look like it is just me based on these reviews. This location needs to be shut down or a whole new staff needs to be hired because it’s disgusting and sad.

Tell me why I paid for extra Ranch, and every single one was half full. Plus my fries were obviously reheated.
