I came here on a Saturday when it was a busier day and all the workers had smiles on their faces and looked happy to be there. One worker in particular, was making the pretzels directly in front of the customers and was making all the children laugh and giggle. The food then turned out amazing and I would definitely go back.

Just had a fantastic experience at the Yorktown Auntie Anne’s. I went up to the counter to see if my “dairy free” daughter could have a little salt on the side to snack on since she couldn’t eat my pretzel nuggets.

Not only did Ricky take the time to explain that the pretzel dough is dairy free, he said they could also make a special batch separate from the butter station and other possible cross contamination! He also explained they could do any of...

I always love coming to this location. I frequent here weekly and Ive always had great interaction with the staff who are very friendly and professional. The pretzels are always fresh and great tasting. The environment is always clean and organized.
