Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Adequate at best. Waitress was unfriendly. If we say we need more straws don't interrogate us just go get more straws. Did not help that waitress was also responsible for bar; which im certain contributed to her snail-like pacing. Salad was decent, chicken parm was "fine", specialty pasta was spongy. May or may not be better than olive garden.

Great, friendly, accurate, and timely service. Our food was served at a great temperature.

The staff was very nice. I didn't realize it was family style dining. So each entree is meant to be shared with 2-3 ppl. So unless u and ur guests can agree on what to share don't come here. Luckily happy hour was going on and we ordered a few apps from the happy hour menu. The inside ambiance is nice but everything feels dirty and grimy. For example the menu on the table had a ketchup stain on it. We will not be going back mainly cuz of the family style menu/portions.

Very busy and they were a little behind to be expected, it over all food was very good and server was working hard to get all we needed . We go here every year and will be back next year. Food was extra good and fresh this year that's what made up for the wait .

God Bless the people at Buca D'Beppo for being open and putting up with the noisy crowd on Christmas Day, some of which don't appreciate that they are giving up time with their families on Christmas to help us enjoy ours. The food and drinks were great, as usual. I very much appreciate the heads up they gave us to let us know how long we'd wait for the main course due to the high demand. We had reservations and they sat us within a reasonable time period, brought us water and beverages, salad and bread quickly. We've been there several times on Christmas and would go again! Thanks!!!

It was Christmas Day, the place was up for grabs with crowds and chaos. But for the most part folks were in a festive mood, and when the food and drinks finally arrived, our meal was delicious. Thanks, BdB - you have exactly one year to get yourselves a little more organized. But all in all, a good time was had. Did I mention the delicious food? Worth every minute of the wait.

Very hectic service was slow we waited over 40 mins for our meal and another 30 to be seated with a reservation food was extremely expensive for the quantity you get .. fire alarms went off it was crazy never again

We celebrated Christmas dinner with family at Buca's🎄It was very busy but we enjoyed the hustle and bustle. Great food and drinks and we were not rushed!

Christmas Day. Bravo to the staff for working. My son and I were thrilled to have a place to go Christmas Day.

We hadn't been to a Buca di Beppo restaurant in years. We had a gift card that had sat in our wallet for quite some time, so we thought we were due to try the restaurant again. The food did not disappoint. We had a reservation that we arrived to over an hour early, and we were seated immediately. The waitress was spot on and mixed fabulous drinks, walked us through the menu and offered a meal suggestion that was fantastic. If you like to share and like family-style dining, this is the place for you!

We always have a great time when we take our grandkids and sit in the kitchen. Plenty of food in the service is always very accommodating.

Great restaurant to take a large family group to. Food is family style and was hot when served and plenty of it. Have gone here as a Friday-aftewr-Thanksgiving for several years and always enjoy not only the food - but the staff also.

Food was good but service was terrible. Went to celebrate a birthday and made a reservation. We still had a wait for a table. The place was busy but the server didn't acknowledge us for a while. He didn't bring us water and when we asked he only brought glasses for half of our party. Then he brought oil for bread but never brought the bread! We ordered the Fettuccine alfredo and Quattro al Forno. We got the Fettuccine first and had to wait longer for the other entree. When we finally got the Quattro al Forno which it is supposed to have four items but it only had 3 items on the plate. When we asked he checked and said he grabbed the wrong plate as it was a special order for another table. He didn't attempt to rectify the situation and bring the missing item. He instead offered to bring a free dessert for the birthday. Customers that came in after us got their food much faster than us. We liked the food we got but we were extremely disappointed in the service.
