Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Food was good but service was terrible. Went to celebrate a birthday and made a reservation. We still had a wait for a table. The place was busy but the server didn't acknowledge us for a while. He didn't bring us water and when we asked he only brought glasses for half of our party. Then he brought oil for bread but never brought the bread! We ordered the Fettuccine alfredo and Quattro al Forno. We got the Fettuccine first and had to wait longer for the other entree. When we finally got the Quattro al Forno which it is supposed to have four items but it only had 3 items on the plate. When we asked he checked and said he grabbed the wrong plate as it was a special order for another table. He didn't attempt to rectify the situation and bring the missing item. He instead offered to bring a free dessert for the birthday. Customers that came in after us got their food much faster than us. We liked the food we got but we were extremely disappointed in the service.

Outstanding experience in all aspects, food, service, ambiance! I recommend for small or large groups. The family-style experience makes for a very relaxed and fun experience.

Great experience, attentive staff and we liked the pope room with the round table. Good food at a reasonable price.

Just walked in the door at 7:4O. Not a hostess or waitress in sight. We could hear voices coming from the kitchen but couldn’t see anybody. We stood there for a little over 5 minutes without any service. We walked out and came to Olive Garden.

The first thing I noticed when being sat down was the sofa was ripped and the celing appearing to have have been ripped as well. We didn't get any straws for our drinks even when the 1 other party infront of us did. The Chicken Limone was great but the Fettuccine Alfredo was very bland and charged nearly an extra $8 to add chicken. My advice is don't come here for any special occasion only for a big group dinner, and it wasn't worth the price in the end.

We got the Alfredo and spicy shrimp. Both were terrible. The noodles tasted like water noodles, absolutely no flavor at all and the shrimp had a slight kick but also no flavor at all. The free bread that they bring out is terrible as well. On top of that, it’s expensive because it’s family style serving. Only plus is everyone is super kind.

Price too high. Portion too small. Even for one person.

The food is excellent, and the portions are big. This is a great place to go for large groups. The wait staff was also exceptional.

Fantastic friendly service. I held a party for 40+ people. Deb was my event manager, and she was super friendly to talk to and provided great guidance and understanding to a first time hostess. I also over booked and over planned on drink tickets, but fortunately their refund policy is super gracious and fair. The servers were fantastic and super accommodating to helping my partner and I set up for our party. One of our servers, Chisele, was awesome about walking me through and even checking with me how food was to be brought out and served and how drinks would be handled. We also had an array of ages and abilities at the party which they handled perfectly. A family member who is neurodivergent and very particular about their food preferences loved the food and even went for seconds. Everyone had a great time, was well fed, and graciously accommodated. I could not have asked for a better experience for the special event I held here. Thank you to everyone on the Buca di Beppo team!

It was busy and abut loud so conversation was not easy. Service was good, food was as expected (good) but prices were high! It's getting to a point where you can't afford to eat out. Little things that were missing were: 1) restaurant was made aware we we celebrating a birthday but no one knew. Once in the past they put the persons name on the board inside wishing them a happy birthday. For the prices they charge you'd think the little things would still be there.

Yes, I am blind and I have really great service at this restaurant. I really would recommend it. The food was delicious. The drinks were good and I liked it that they have 50% off the spaghetti and meatballs which I bought at the end to take home, I would really come back and I'm gonna be coming back again next year who knows I might come back for my birthday. 

Wow 👌 👏 😍 👍 🥰 Been here before, but this time was best. Brought some family and friends with. The food was very good service was excellent and the ambiance was over the top and clean. I was very impressed. There is a pope's room that what we had. Shows you historical painting s to current. A chair which we forgot to take pics in lol. Parking was very easy. Prices are affordable what what you receive. Many thanks for the lovely experience we all had. Much is due to the server, cook, manager. Wow 👌

Absolutely fantastic in everyway. -Party of 10 with 2 appetizers, 5 entrees, desserts & drinks sub $400 bucks. Family style shareable plates feed 3-4 easily & you can upgrade for around 10 bucks more for their "big" version which feds 5-6. -Comfortable semi-private room lends itself to an almost home-like quiet atmosphere conducive to having conversations. -Food quality was excellent. Cooked properly ensuring tenderness, moist & flavorful. Spicy dishes were actually spicy. Savory ones were succulent. -Ambiance was culturally interesting & comfortable. It added to our enjoyment through conversation about unique decor pieces. -Even created individual servings of their shareable desserts for our birthday celebrants along with a hardy birthday cheer at our table. All around great experience. 10 out of 10 & will definitely return.
