Ordered takeout ahead of time but was not ready at designated time. But it only was 10 minutes pass that I had to wait. During that time the hostess/takeout worker kept me informed and was on top of trying to get my order to me as soon as possible. It was football game night. Service was great and the food stayed warm for the 20 minute drive home.
I ordered for the first time I never had Buffalo Wild Wings when I got my food I didn’t receive the wings or my drink I only got the burger fries and Mac and cheese which were good but I wanted to try the wings as well it’s disappointing :/
Darrion and Terrell are amazing!! I had a little issue with my sauce and called and spoke to Darrion, he apologized and told me to come in whenever I was free. I went back the next day and he greeted me like family lol. Terrell was at the front and said he heard about my concern and he helped get my sauce correct and he had me a fresh meal!! Two very pleasant and down to earth gentleman!! Thank you guys a lot.
