I had a really solid visit to Burger King recently. The service was great, and everything about the order was spot-on.
Shoutout to Richard, who was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to repeat our order back to us to make sure it was correct — and it was! You don’t always get that kind of attention to detail in fast food, so it definitely stood out.
Overall, it was just a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish. Great service, hot food, and Richard’s friendly attitude made the visit even better. Thanks, BK team!

I was the only customer. Guy behind counter was leaned over on his phone. Didn't look up or acknowledge my presence. I ordered on the app and only went in to pick up. He was on phone for about a minute or longer. He finally finished what ever he was doing and acknowledged me. I couldn't give less than 1 star for the service I received.
